Siamo stati oggi alla tenuta. Abbiamo vissuto un’ esperienza meravigliosa. Il posto è spettacolare con un paesaggio unico, il servizio eccellente e molto accogliente. Una delle esperienze più piacevoli della mia vita con una degustazione davvero di qualità. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutte le persone che si trovano a Ischia.

Beautiful rooms, location and establishment. The food is spectacular and the setting of the al fresco dining in the vineyards during sunset is magical. Friendly service and dog-friendly too!

We stayed here for 2 nights in August 2022. Location and views are beautiful, food is really good too. Room is decent but definitely not 5 star. I have stayed at 5 star vineyards in other countries, and this doesn't compare. Sadly, good service is extremely lacking . For the price one pays, huge improvement in service and amenities is needed. Staff needs serious training and maybe even to visit well run properties as a learning experience. Not on an international standard. Overpriced for what you get.

07/04/2024: I had pizza at many local restaurants. This was rated very high, but I was not happy with my pizza.
06/04/2024: 1 hour and 9 minutes to wait for a pizza! Too be fair, it was a good pizza. But by that point I'd have eaten anything! Tried to order 2 'family size' pizzas but told it's quicker to order 4 'normal'. Fine. Bought pizzas. Then told the wait is 30 minutes. Not ideal but ok. 1 hour later we were still waiting. No communication with anyone until they complained... Don't blame the guys in the kitchen as you could see they were working flat out. Front desk needs to be realistic.
