Everything is perfect in this historic restaurant in the center of Montecatini: welcoming and cool atmosphere, balanced and refined dishes, very welcoming and professional waiter service. We were there 3 times in 3 days, as a family and also with the dog (she was also treated very well)

Lo storico locale di Viale IV Novembre a Montecatini è veramente all’altezza di ogni aspettativa! Avevo sempre provato il locale per aperitivi e calici di vino ma il ristorante è davvero un luogo con un’atmosfera unica e un menu ricercato e una cantina con ampia selezione di vini. L’accoglienza è sempre calorosa e lo staff professionale.

In via IV novembre, nel cuore della via della movida montecatinese si trova questo ottimo bar. Delizioso il caffè. Il personale è molto gentile e cordiale, prezzi nella norma. Merita una visita: tutto ottimo.

31/03/2024: Place in the historic center, with few seats inside but with additional outdoor spaces, nice overall. The kitchen is the highlight. It was market day. Super good crock of livers, pleasantly toasted and crunchy bread. Crispy and delicious fried anchovies. Well made pici cacio e pepe. Fried lamb, also very crunchy and super good and the artichokes were no exception. For the wine they served us a bottle but in the bill, as announced, they considered the actual consumption. Well done... Very friendly and nice staff with a smile always lurking. Good experience. To be recommended.
27/03/2024: Great trattoria in the heart of Pistoia; All dishes were freshly prepared and were therefore particularly delicious: my wife and I will always remember the Spaghetti Amatriciana, as will the Bacalà con Ceci, the cod with chickpeas. The restaurant is run by an extremely friendly and uncomplicated young team. The selection of wines is well sorted and appealing!

01/04/2024: Their service is quite fast though the quality of food in itself isn't superfluous. I usually go to Zen and on Monday it's closed so we tried Sakura. But it's not completely satisfactory. Everything else is quite similar to Zen apart from the food quality and taste. The dishes that were up to mark are green Algae, fried chicken and fried veggies. Noodles, tofu, dumplings, were Okay.
