Fantastic experience: excellent welcome, trained and capable staff, sublime dishes tending towards the generous obviously referring to the goose-based dishes tasted, extensive wine list with even important selections, included in the expectations considering the quantity of dishes ordered and the quality of the raw materials of the courses. Definitely an experience worth repeating to taste other dishes.

Excellent restaurant found by chance, excellent quality dishes at the right price. I really recommend it, especially the "raviolotti with mushrooms".

Per la location bella e curata, il servizio molto attento, la carta dei vini di buon livello e il prezzo abbastanza alto, io lo definirei "ristorante" e non trattoria. Portate buone.

Posto piacevole ed elegante senza strafare. Giusto! Accoglienza e servizio gradevoli, efficaci e gentili senza sussiego. I piatti a base di oca sono strepitosi. Una bella serata piena di gusto in ogni senso. Chisolini/torta fritta non unta, salumi gustosi. Dolci: una bella e buona sorpresa. Torneremo

28/03/2024: Definitely the best seafood restaurant in Parma. Top quality raw materials, beautifully executed and presented dishes, wide selection of dishes and from the wine list. To make the ultimate leap (that would also justify such a high price) I think it is necessary to focus on the details... a chipped plate... very courteous service, but too informal for a restaurant of this level... However, the road is the right one because the most important thing (the substance of the dishes and the quality of the raw materials) is at the top

24/03/2024: I've been to the Masticabrodo restaurant and had a mixed experience. Although the menu needs improvement, with a more refined presentation than a simple piece of disposable paper, I must admit that the wine list was a pleasant surprise. The Nabucco was particularly outstanding. The charcuterie tasting was divine, even if the salami didn't fully meet my expectations. The flakes of 24-month aged parmigiano reggiano were delicious, while the crispy polenta was decent but not exceptional. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming, which made the experience very pleasant. The anolini, then, were simply divine, with an incredible filling! The environment was very calm and peaceful, probably because I arrived around 11am. However, the prices were a little above average, but considering the quality of the food and service, it was definitely worth it!
