In particular, it is a talented restaurant that chefs in the same industry aspire to go to more than any other star-rated restaurant. Due to its popularity, reservations are difficult, and despite being difficult to access, the restaurant is fully booked even on weekdays. It's also an auberge where you can stay overnight, so some people enjoy their meals thoroughly and then go to bed. It has a history dating back to 1901, and has a sense of dignity and cleanliness, as well as a stylish and casual atmosphere, creating an atmosphere where you can relax and enjoy yourself. The dishes are based on traditional elements, but they are delicate, and the accents of flavors and ingredients are excellent, and they pay attention to the temperature, which I thought was as expected. I fell in love with it. ●Wild fennel ice cream The ice cream with a strong hint of fennel left an impact at the end of the course.

The food is really good with dishes that enhance seasonal ingredients with lightness and taste. Attention to detail with small entries, small pastries and very good bread and breadsticks. 08/05/2024: My husband and I visited this restaurant and were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere of this place, the cozy interior, the decor in the style of modern elegance, the service was friendly, attentive and professional. The tasting menu pleased with the variety of dishes. The fish was prepared and served so exquisitely that we felt like real gourmets. Real works of Art. We will be glad to return here again.

04/05/2024: Wow! That was a great taste experience! Every course was a dream - beautifully combined and arranged! The boss himself - Sabino Ensama - accompanied the menu and created a relaxed and very pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended!

20/05/2024: This was the highlight meal of a 3+ week trip to Italy. My family ordered 3 different meals and some sides, and they were all amazing. One of those places that leaves you soo happy to have shared a satisfying meal with your friends/family. The chicken parm was so good ive been thinking about it since, done a little differently than I've seen before but the sauce is amazing. Beef stew and the truffle raviolli were the other two amazing items we tried. Absolutely try this place.

21/03/2024: We have been going to the Nuovo yacht restaurant for several years, where we are always welcomed kindly by Mrs Mary and her children. The restaurant specializes in very fresh fish dishes, carefully cooked and served at the moment. The atmosphere of the place is welcoming and relaxing. Highly recommended.

04/04/2024: It is very beautiful inside, admission is free. When we were there, there were many buses with schoolchildren, apparently they were taken there for Easter. It was a rainy day, there weren't many tourists (they didn't make it 😂). I recommend visiting.

22/05/2024: Everything perfect, very nice place, a stone building with flower pots outside and welcoming furnishings. Very fast service even though the place was full. Excellent food: mixed land starter, excellent consistency of the flans, maltagliati with wild boar that melt in your mouth, excellent tordelli, and finally a soft and delicious ricotta dessert. Price/quality ratio difficult to imitate. Well done!

10/05/2024: Excellent little place, despite the hour (I apologize again) they accepted us, we ate very well everything from the sea accompanied by a good French white wine, Nice place, excellent food and wine list, very good and friendly room service. What else can I say? I will definitely come back!
