It was a privilege to savor the refined and delicious cuisine of the Ensama Restaurant. It stands out for the impeccable freshness of its fish dishes and impeccable service that makes each dish an unforgettable experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by the owner. The relaxing and refined atmosphere of the place immediately caught our attention, and we immediately felt at ease. The variety and freshness of the dishes are simply extraordinary. Each dish was expertly prepared and presented with impeccable aesthetics, highlighting the kitchen team's attention to detail and passion for culinary excellence. From delicate raw dishes to richly flavored first courses, each course was a sensorial journey through the best flavors of the sea. Particularly memorable were our main dishes. The ravioli were a sublime fusion of freshness and delicacy, with the fish literally melting in your mouth accompanied by an explosion of Mediterranean flavours. The tuna carpaccio enriched with the freshest ingredients has managed to conquer even the most demanding palates. The final cake, a masterpiece. The owner was able to expertly recommend a selection of wines that perfectly enhanced the flavors of our dishes, adding a touch of perfection to our gastronomic experience. Not only is Ensama's cuisine exceptional, but the service was also impeccable. The staff, courteous and attentive, took care of us with a care and professionalism rare to find. Every request was met promptly and kindly, helping to make our evening even more pleasant. In conclusion, the Ensama Restaurant is a true gastronomic jewel in Sala Bolognese, where the freshness of the sea blends with culinary mastery to create unforgettable culinary experiences. 24/03/2024: My favorite piadina in Bologna 🧡 Honest prices (6€ the classic raw squacquerone rocket) and high quality of both the dough and the ingredients. The only flaw is the oil they use to season the piadina: terrible taste, I'd say acidic, which reminds me of that of the single-portion packages that take you to certain cheap places.

06/04/2024: Our last stop after spending a week touring northern Italy and having enjoyed countless magnificent gastronomic experiences with my wife and 7-month-old baby was Bologna. On the recommendation of the hotel receptionist we headed to this restaurant. We arrived, everything was full (or that's what they told us at least) and they made us wait half an hour in the street. While the Italian groups, couples or families continued entering as they arrived. As they saw that we were not leaving and we were at the door waiting for “our turn,” they told us to sit at a table where there was no possibility of leaving the baby's chair nearby. When they asked for explanations and asked for another table, they basically invited us to leave. Nothing like this had ever happened to me in my life.

29/03/2024: It is the best restaurant in Monghidoro. I highly recommend it. Gaetano the owner, a very competent and friendly person, provides excellent gastronomic advice. It's definitely worth trying.

11/02/2024: Il ristorante è molto carino (i toscani comprendono il termine carino) ben attrezzatuto e caratteristico. Personale gentile e collaborante con le richieste. Siamo in tre (scrivo la recensione mentre siamo ancora a tavola al caffè tant'è che chiedo al gestore di trip advisor come mai figura "chiuso" in questo momento - gradirei una risposta nell'interesse di tutti - ristorante, clienti ed anche il sito stesso). Abbiamo mangiato crostini vari e fonduta con porcini. Io assaggiato tutto (ovviamente) molto buono. Unico aspetto non soddisfacente l'impasto del crostino toscano. C'era un sapore troppo forte che "ammazzava" il sapore caratteristico. Primi: gnocchi verdi al formaggio di fossa. Ottimi. Tortelloni di ricotta amatriciana bianca con tartufo e pecorino di fossa. Ottimi Dolci molto buoni.

02/04/2024: Superb wine bar, picked out wines that were very much to our taste. Very friendly and made us feel like we were locals. We will certainly be back for more fantastic wine.

28/03/2024: Nice owner and nice place but the price (6.5 per glass) for the house wine is a little high. It is better to take the bottle, the price is not proportional.

19/02/2024: Frequento il Bar Billi da quaranta anni, il bar è una bolla temporale ,io me lo ricordo sempre cosi' ,tavoli in formica sedie da banco dell'elementari ,pero' il must è il cortile interno, poco frequentato , perchè l'avventore e' portato a fermarsi nella sala all'ingresso o nella prima sala, tenendo presente che una delle sale è chiusa da tempo per ristrutturazione.Si fanno bellissime colazioni, la pizza è ottima il sabadone un must, la salata buona e comunque pasticceria fatta in laboratorio(adiacente il bar),non ci passo il sabato e la domenica perchè diventa troppo affollato .Unico difetto che sono in tanti ma non tanto organizzati e facilmente in preda allo stress, credo che le persone che si fermino a fare colazione possano aspettare 10 minuti o no?

04/04/2024: Service. Food. Atmosphere. Check. This place is small but packs a bunch. Order the mortadella foam, trust me. It is amazing and will leave you wanting more of it. (You might want to ask for seconds!) The service is warm and friendly. The atmosphere is laid back and relaxed, but can be great for a larger group.

05/04/2024: We passed by on a Friday early night without reservation, and the waiter accommodated us goving a nice table outside for 2 people. We ordered the following, Appetizer: mozzarella de buffala with tomato and basil (12€). And they also brought a nice flatbread seasoned with thyme, and olive oil. Main dish: tagliatelle Al bolognese (14€) and Torteloni with ricotta inside on a creamy gorgozonla and walnut sauce (14€). The tagliatelle was absolutely amazing, rich sauce, very tasty. The torteloni was good, but a bit bland in flavors. Both pasta were cooked with perfection. We had house wine (0,5L for 8€). And previous to order the bill the waiter offered us some Limoncello and biscuits on the house. Coperto (service charge): 2.50€ per person By the end of our experience, the restaurant was full, many large groups and families enjoying their time, just like we did.

30/03/2024: Quite simple trattoria but rather efficient service. The pizzas are really generous and quite good. We had an antipasto to share accompanied by a very good and careful salad. It wasn't too expensive. A downside however on the wines, there is nothing interesting, nor organic, and nothing by the glass except mediocre table wine. the tiramisu was not good I left it almost whole. I still recommend it for friendly service and good quality cuisine.

05/04/2024: Very large selection. Delicious coffee, there is an option of plant milk. great option with a choice of filling for croissant or bomboloni. 2€ for one flavor, 2.7€ for two flavors. DELICIOUS
