11/02/2024: I'm biased, I eat at Vittoria every day, but if it wasn't so good I wouldn't eat there every day 🤷‍♀️. The dishes are all good and the quality is excellent.

02/01/2024: We came in to have a coffee. I ordered a macchiato and was given a regular coffee. We were treated with indifference. After asking for a glass of water, one of the bartenders asked me in an annoyed tone to show him the receipt for the water (???) throughout Italy water (even tap water) is served as an accompaniment to coffee, they should know. The "drop of water" as was kindly pointed out to me... was served in a 20cl mini shot glass... we were treated very badly and we witnessed the scene of the very famous dog allergy where a gentleman and his dog were were rudely kicked out of the place as soon as they entered. I don't recommend going in even for a coffee.

23/03/2024: Probably the nice reviews I read are from friends and relatives, the lady at the checkout doesn't know kindness. I was in Pavia for work, I went in to drink a coffee, I went straight to the cash register and paid 2 coffees totaling €2.40, I go to the counter and order, we drink the two coffees and leave. At the end of my meeting we return to the bar for 2 more coffees. I go to the cash register, ask to pay for 2 coffees and the same lady asks me €2.20, I ask why they cost €2.20 an hour earlier. 2.40 or 0.20 cents more and she replies, because perhaps they were stained, I look at her and say, "no also because I paid before consuming". He looks at me, nods and pretends nothing has happened without any sign of returning the 20 cents or making me pay 20 cents less for the two coffees ordered. Besides being a very basic exchange, the people who work there aren't even friendly, when I asked for the receipt the lady obviously got annoyed 😂. I recommend paying attention to the prices, they change like the seasons but from hour to hour or minute depending on who comes in, if regular customers, the lady changes..... 😂😂😂

13/03/2024: Just for a simple aperitif, €15 seems excessive to me... so you can understand why the place was almost empty... once I remember it was busier and with better service...

29/03/2024: I had an aperitif with six other people. Terrible experience, except for the food which was pleasant and substantial and the cost was affordable. The waitress was intrusive and inexperienced, she even got the price of the aperitif with water wrong. When the issue of having overcharged the girl who ordered it was raised, the waitress insisted that she hadn't said so, in a surly manner. Afterwards it was even told to the colleague who was arranging the tables, with lots of laughter. This was also made known to the rest of the employees and we were "welcomed" with little willingness to discuss. The same waitress, upon requesting a menu, reported that it wasn't there, when, after a few seconds, she arrived with what they considered to be one, where the prices were not updated (at least this was communicated to us). I would not return and do not recommend it. In response to the intervention of the staff, who quotes: "we are pleased that you enjoyed the quality of our aperitif and we regret the inconvenience on the price of the bottle of water consumed with the aperitif service".... all these negative reviews are not but will they be the consequence of the refusal to serve alcohol to the six minors present at your table?!?”. I can say that by questioning this event you will not clean up your image, in fact, exactly the opposite: you are dirtiing it more. Interesting strategy though, you deserve full 5 stars for this. Since you have questioned an unfounded fact, I am forced to explain. We were seven people in total, two of whom immediately ordered normal drinks (a peach tea and a still water) and the other five each asked for a spritz with an aperitif. When requesting documents, one girl declared she was not an adult and that was it, the other three asked if they could be seen in a photograph and it was denied. At that point no one objected and they simply ordered other things (another peach tea, two cokes and a fruit soft drink). The last boy was me, I showed my documents and the girl said in a grumpy tone: "you're 2006, you're not an adult", when I turned them this January. I attach photos of what we took. These reviews are not "the consequence of the refusal to serve alcohol to the six minors present at your table", also because you came up with this assumption. Evidently what we wrote was not understood, because these are serious and incompetent actions, especially for a restaurant located in an important area like this. I have nothing to add, except the contempt that I have found and am finding in the rude and disrespectful ways of people who work there and who even have the courage to come and write things of this kind.

13/11/2023: Conosco e frequento questo locale da tantissimi anni, tuttavia, di questi ultimi tempi, mi sono ormai orizzontato sempre più spesso altrove ed il perché è presto scritto. Nulla da eccepire sulla qualità dei prodotti, quelli son sempre di qualità, ma nel corso di quest'anno il servizio è peggiorato troppo sensibilmente ed in particolare nel pomeriggio ed alla sera; Lento, distratto, confusionario e troppo spesso disorganizzato. Insomma è giusto dare spazio ai giovani, ma alle nuove leve serve una guida esperta e bisogna dare degli input. Vedere il cameriere che chiacchiera con i baristi quando ci sono degli ordini da prendere e le cameriere che messaggiano con il telefono o parlano tra di loro del più e del meno, non sono certo delle immagini di professionalità. Per un locale del genere è un peccato

20/03/2024: Good morning, I went yesterday afternoon around 5pm to get a half liter bottle of water at a cost of 1.50 and a measly slice of pizza at a cost of 5.50 (for 5.50 I personally get a whole pizza in pizzeria) incorrect and rude staff....the boy approached his colleague to say something and she looked at me...zero empathy and professionalism!! I won't go back there again and I don't recommend it

04/03/2024: Excellent lasagna, fresh fruit salad and good coffee, nice place and very friendly staff

06/04/2024: Terrible experience, staff and especially the owner extremely rude. I advise against it.

04/04/2024: Rip off. That's why there is no receipt. We paid about the same amount for a whole meal even though we only had dessert and coffee.
