26/03/2024: I see some sweet focaccias, with a dough that is more flaky than leavened, not too round and a little irregular in thickness. I take a whole one, then divided into 4, weighing just 500g
I'm going to pay, price 20 euros, basically 5 euros for each piece. About 50 euros per kg for water, flour and margarine (not even butter).
When I went out I thought I would see the Eiffel Tower, but instead I was in Corio with Monte Soglio in the background.
