05/02/2024: I have been to this bar several times, everything is good, from the pastries to the ice cream, from breakfast to the snack bar, the service is the icing on the cake, in particular Grazia, the counter attendant... very kind and friendly, today it is not It's easy to find people like that, polite and thoughtful towards customers, congratulations indeed, Grazia is truly the best!

06/02/2024: Visiting this place was a somewhat disappointing experience. The staff, instead of embodying the nobility of hospitality, demonstrated a clear lack of courtesy, revealing dismay when you wanted to pay by card rather than cash (as if we were in the Middle Ages...). The cashier's dismissive attitude contributed to an atmosphere of unease, which was amplified by the total absence of receipts, as if transparency were something foreign to this activity. Prices, moreover, turned out to be excessively high, turning even the purchase of banal rustics into an economic affliction. The quality of the dishes, unfortunately, betrayed my expectations, revealing a lack of effort in preparing an edible feast. In summary, my visit to this place marked a sad decline in the art of hospitality and gastronomy, leaving me wanting to never repeat a similar experience again. (And use this blessed position, you guys!) Edit: the owner's response confirms what was reported in my review, namely a total lack of courtesy and propensity for controversy. If a customer doesn't have cash available or simply prefers to pay by card, a reaction of amazement like the one I had to endure once I arrived at the cash register is not tolerable. The excuse of commissions is a STORY that no restaurateur now brings up to justify himself. Plus, it's not even the first time you haven't issued receipts, I don't think it's even necessary to ask you. First of all, learn the art of humility and take the criticisms addressed to you (even quite frequently judging by other reviews) as ideas for improvement, both from the point of view of the relationship with customers and from the point of view of the quality of the dishes offered .

20/01/2024: Abbiamo trascorso una bella serata, gustato una pizza davvero speciale ottima in tutti i particolari, ottimi ingredienti di prima qualità, per finire il tiramisù e del gelato alla vaniglia tutto da 10 e lode. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Il personale gentile, molto professionale La location molto tranquilla, pulita, curata. Ci ritorneremo volentieri! Grazie alla prossima.

29/09/2023: Io ed il mio collega abbiamo rispettivamente mangiato una pizza prelibata con condimenti di primissima qualità. A fare da cornice è stato il locale, pulito e ben curato , con un servizio impeccabile! Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

14/03/2024: We came to Randazzo for this infamous school competition, which I sincerely hope to pass 🤣🤣 we ate at the Kaleidos pizzeria and ate two very simple pizzas but with a spectacular dough, I highly recommend it, semi-wholemeal with 5 cereals. The pizza turned out to be spectacular, except that for someone who is lactose intolerant it's as if being told in a country that they have lactose-free mozzarella is like the apotheosis of the summer of the senses 🤣🤣, however I conclude with the beer, artisanal produced by them, no boys a fairy tale! If you go to Randazzo the Kaleidos pizzeria is where you must go to eat. Oh I forgot, splendid service, very sweet and attentive waiter. It couldn't get better than this! Good luck to me for the competition 🤩 and thank you kaleios.

The staff are polite, friendly and ready to meet the customer's every need. I congratulate the owners for their courtesy and kindness! It is definitely a place where I will return to have lunch for all the things I have listed. I highly recommend it!
