23/03/2024: We had dinner at Alfiero's, with decidedly high-level service; as a starter I recommend the really good venison carpaccio; as a first course fettuccine with wild chicory or risotto with radicchio; we ended with a delicious strudel.
I don't give 5 stars because although there was an empty room, and some free tables, I was told that there was only room at 9.00 pm
12/03/2024: We had dinner here on our first night in Mdc and it was all fabulous. Super cuisine, attentive table service from all the staff, but the real gem is Savio, welcoming and thoughtful! We will definitely be back!

15/03/2024: Nothing to say about the quality of the dishes and the quality/price ratio.
The only flaw is the lack of notification by the manager in reference to the withdrawal of €100 on the credit card valid as a pre-authorization for the table reservation. The return of this amount within 13 days. All reported by the manager after my call to request feedback on the credit to the current account.
In my opinion incorrect.
I really don't think I'll go back, too bad.
24/02/2024: Alessandro, chef del ristorante, ha costruito un menu straordinario, dove i sapori ed i prodotti della montagna grazie ad una tecnica incredibile regalano un’esperienza unica.
Il carciofo, lo zafferano, le farfalle con la farina di castagne, le animelle, le lumache, il gelato al lievito madre, grazie alla sua visione diventano compagni di un percorso da non perdere.
Altamente raccomandato.

24/03/2024: A beautiful experience having dinner at 1800 meters above sea level, after arriving by snowcat. Many guests to enjoy typical dishes. We ate dumplings in broth and with venison ragout and gnocchi with red radicchio, very good. As second courses, pork chops and the typical Tyrolean dish, goulash with mushrooms and polenta. Side dishes of grilled vegetables, a piece of priests and blueberry grappa. Quick service and great friendliness. Prices normal.

Incapacità totale a gestire un carico normale di persone in alta stagione.
Torta sacher che non merita di portare tale nome.
Sconsigliato.
02/01/2024: Bella Location ma il personale svogliato e impreparato su tutti i campi, l’attesa è improponibile, ed oltre tutto dopo aver atteso per 40 minuti, l’ordinazione è arrivata incompleta e sbagliata.
Per concludere dopo esserci recati alla cassa e aver pagato ci rendiamo conto che il conto era sbagliato….
