26/03/2024: Clean and well-kept environment, very spacious. Menu with an excellent selection. The food that arrived was very good, and the raw ones in particular were really, really good. The only flaw is the rice, too much in the nigiri and I wasn't exactly crazy about the taste and consistency.

29/02/2024: The place presents itself in a nice and uniform way, the staff presents itself in a modest way, the only flaw is the food, it really presents poor hygiene in the maintenance of the fish and in general in the cleanliness of the salmon left within the reach of bacteria, yellow cutting boards and much more. I highly recommend avoiding this sushi and NAS intervention. Indecent.

21/02/2024: Nice restaurant with Chinese and Japanese menu but we only had Chinese dishes (as I always do in this type of place), so I can't say anything about the rest. Good quality, honest prices, fast service... perhaps even too fast at times (multiple courses arrived at the same time, always destined for the same people). But, oh well, nothing particularly problematic! The environment is very nice and clean. There are few seats, so it is best to book, especially if you are in a group. It's true that there is a nice outdoor area which significantly increases the capacity of the place, but when we went it was closed. To conclude: certainly recommended

Il menu è AYCE, si ordina con il tablet e ci sono anche dei frigo dove si possono trovare altri ingredienti per l’hotpot. C’è la prossibilita di creare delle salsine. Mi aspettavo più gusto dai brodi. Comunque bellissima esperienza, da riprovare! Prezzo adeguato.

28/02/2024: Mi dispiace ma è stato veramente deludente avendo già provato questo tipo di ristorante. Difficoltà di comunicazione sia con lo staff che con l'applicazione per ordinare. La cosa peggiore è stata la carne, sembrava appena scongelata e cuocendola nel brodo caldo probabilmente ne è stata pregiudicata la consistenza anche se il sapore sembravano buono. Lo staff è stato molto gentile.

27/01/2024: We were very dissatisfied. My main criticism concerns the price, which I found not proportional to what was offered. A basic broth starts at €12 (our tomato broth tasted like water with ketchup). I don't know how hotpot works normally, but I found it strange that literally everything is served still frozen. On average a small plate of food to be cooked in broth costs €8-10, and to stay full you should take a minimum of three small plates each (plus the broth and cover charge). For example, we paid €8-9 for pork which in the photo looked like small cutlets, but which in reality were 10 very thin slices of ham. We ordered fried tofu, which was served still frozen, with the staff advising that it should be boiled. That is, breaded and fried tofu which you then have to make all mushy by boiling it. If I basically have to cook everything myself, I expect a much lower cost - at least half of what we spent. Furthermore, the menu is mainly in Chinese. Some items don't even have a translation into Italian, and then if you click on a certain item (it's a digital menu) the detail is only in Chinese, so it doesn't allow you to understand what you're actually ordering, such as the quantity or ingredients to which is intolerant/allergic. We asked the waitress for help but she couldn't suggest what to order, except the broth. Even after asking the staff several times, it was not possible to guess the quantity provided with each dish. I don't even know if it's a rule to have a menu that doesn't clearly display allergens. The atmosphere is nice and the waitress was helpful. The premises were clean and the toilets seemed hygienic. Unfortunately the quality-price ratio is decidedly unbalanced. The area is also very popular, so the price is not at all in line with the context. The average review of 4.5 stars and the restaurant being completely empty on Sunday evening except for five customers are very inconsistent. I remain available to remove this review if the management responds to me here offering to refund the sum spent (€45), which I will collect in person by deleting this review. I apologize if I misunderstood the culture of your restaurant.

28/01/2024: Piatti abbondanti e di buon gusto anche se alle volte i prezzi non corrispondono a quelli del menu, sia in positivo che in negativo. Personale pulito, ordinato e soprattutto dedito a soddisfare le esigenze del cliente. Per il mio compleanno hanno addirittura aspettato che finissimo la festa per chiudere il locale. Posto spesso pieno di gente.
