08/03/2024: When you enter you can savor the atmosphere of times gone by which I personally love very much. We had lunch with a workers' menu and took a single dish, in my opinion the portions are a little too small, particularly for the workers' menu, I don't know about kart. It's definitely a good place to have lunch or dinner

28/03/2024: On Saturday 23 March we were with friends for dinner, I have never given negative reviews but this restaurant deserves it because the restaurant is not to be recommended, we all had problems with heaviness and nausea, as soon as we sat down they served us an appetizer that deserves zero, a mixed bag of meaningless things. The mixed fried food ordered was evidently fried with overused oil where the fish was in limited quantity amidst many strands of fried vegetables (I remember some prawns, red mullet without squid). The sorbet served in a water glass, probably the flutes had run out? Even the tiramisu was a disappointment, no big deal. The bill was 48 euros each including nausea until the morning. Never again!!!

04/05/2024: A traditional Pugliese restaurant keeps up with the promise. Food is simple and truly homemade.
I've had the best burrata ever. Made that morning, served in the evening. Perfectly smooth, soft, creamy, and mild.
Orecchiette with 4 cheeses are amazing.
Orecchiette with rocket and ricota lacked rich taste and creaminess. But overall, nice experience.
01/05/2024: Dinner with 2 typical Apulian dishes: cavatelli with mussels/chickpeas and rice, potatoes and mussels. All good! But dishes not exactly as per the Apulian tradition in particular: rice, potatoes and mussels, which could be improved. Covered: good bread and excellent taralli, it's impossible not to dig into the dishes! Rosé wine on tap: very good. We concluded with cannoli and coffee: exquisite. Friendly staff, efficient service, nice room and very clean bathroom. I conclude with the receipt: 30e per person; all in all prices in line with the fact that we are in the center of Milan and we are eating good quality food. We will definitely be back to try the meat dishes, we recommend it.++++++

13/03/2024: Excellent traditional Apulian dishes. Orecchiette with turnip tops very tasty, grilled meat very good. The black tagliolini with prawns, cherry tomatoes and turnip tops are also excellent. The lady who waits, Sara, also gives good advice on food and is delightful in her approach. I will be back to try other dishes!
09/03/2024: Flawless !!! You can go there with your eyes closed. Homemade cuisine, the waitress takes great care.
Very good value for money.

17/04/2024: Good morning, I'm speaking about the latest negative reviews against the manager of Gusto Lab.
I witnessed the scene described by Mrs Laura, and in my opinion it greatly emphasized a gesture which had as its aim the organization of the buffet, since 2 other groups had arrived and to be fair it was necessary to give them space at the buffet (Mrs Laura's group was was one of the first, he had already provided the buffet).
Having said this, I am referring to the lady who wrote the first review:
TO AN ACTION, THERE IS ALWAYS A REACTION.
If you discredit the manager on Google with a negative review, why does the manager respond to you by listing his reasons and you don't accept them?
I don't understand the anger and fury he put into involving his friends and causing other negative reviews to be written.
If she is satisfied now....she can have peaceful dreams.

22/03/2024: Authentic Osteria with a small, well-selected menu. The service was very attentive and courteous. We were looked after very well despite the language barrier. The ingredients were fresh and the food was excellent. Totally recommended.
