02/03/2024: Sono stato a cena all’osteria micheletti ed è stata una piacevole esperienza. Come anticipato abbiamo preso l’uovo poche al tartufo dal gusto molto delicato accompagnato da una spuma al pecorino. Di primo abbiamo preso le pappardelle ripiene alla pasta e patate con brodo dashi al parmigiano e in conclusione un ottimo dolce fatto in casa. Servizio di livello e molto preparati sulla scelda dei vini essendo il cameriere un sommelier. Prezzo allieanto alla tipologia di cucina offerta. Ci torneremo sicuramente!!

11/02/2024: In a historic street of Pisa Artilafo manages to combine an apparent contradiction by offering a refined and familiar environment. Booking is necessary because places are limited. 4 of us had dinner with various combinations of starters, first courses and desserts. Photos are useless, it's better to try it live with Bruno's advice and the smiles and kindness of the staff.

06/04/2024: Sophisticated restaurant with delicious food and good wine recommendations. Slightly increased in price. A bit dated and dark inside. We recommend sitting outside in the small piazza. The portions are quite small, but of very good quality. The description of the food is not always accurate. I had a pasta where the saffron was missing. Overall, recommended in the warmer season. Very friendly service, unfortunately as a tourist you are spoken to penetratingly in English.

05/04/2024: The Hostaria "Il Granaio" is a real culinary jewel just outside Pisa. Having received plenty of recommendations from friends and family, our recent visit confirmed its reputation for excellence. Extraordinary quality of the dishes offered. The homemade pasta was excellent but the real star of the evening was the mucco pisano. The meat is served with skill and passion, and every bite is an explosion of authentic and intense flavours, which reflect the love and attention dedicated to the selection of ingredients and the preparation of the dishes. The Hostaria "Il Granaio" has truly proven to be an embassy of traditional Tuscan cuisine. The wine selection on offer was equally impressive. It is evident that Hostaria "Il Granaio" dedicates the same care and attention to its wine list as it does to the gastronomic menu. The attention to the customer demonstrated by the staff is courteous, professional and attentive to every need, guaranteeing impeccable service from start to finish. Cozy and pleasant atmosphere, excellent quality/price ratio. We highly recommend all lovers of good food and good wine who wish to savor the best of the Tuscan tradition to stop by this fantastic place.

03/04/2024: One of our favorite meals in Italy, it was just a couple blocks from the main street but much quieter - very cozy. The food felt homemade, with the pizza, bruschetta, white beans in oil, cheese gnocchi, stew and wild boar tagliatelle all rich in flavor. The vino della casa was cheap and good too, plus the most attentive waiter in Italy.

08/03/2024: Galileo è un ristorante che conosciamo da più di vent'anni. Non abitando a Livorno non abbiamo molte occasioni di andarci, ma quando passiamo in città non manchiamo mai una visita. Il locale è caldo e accogliente, le pareti sono tappezzate da fotografie di personaggi famosi che hanno mangiato qui e hanno lasciato una dedica, non è ampio e i tavoli sono vicini l'uno all'altro. L'ultima volta che siamo passati era una domenica a pranzo, ovviamente era strapieno e allegramente rumoroso. Abbiamo aspettato un po' ad essere serviti e c'è stata un po' di confusione (un piatto di patatine mai arrivato, quattro caffè nel conto quando ne avevamo consumato uno solo), ma tutto sommato peccati veniali in una trattoria informale dove si fanno perdonare con il cacciucco più buono che abbiamo mai assaggiato: abbondante, ricco, saporito, ben cotto, insomma vale la sosta. Uno di noi ha optato per il baccalà alla livornese, anche questo molto buono ed equilibrato. Ad accompagnare questi piatti così robusti, anche se di pesce, abbiamo optato, consigliati dal proprietario, per un ciliegiolo che si è lasciato proprio bere, e per digerire ci vuole un poncino alla livornese, caldo e leggermente alcolico, che qui fanno molto bene (rigorosamente senza sassolino, che personalmente non ci piace). Poi una bella passeggiata sul lungomare e arrivederci alla prossima volta! PS: una maggiore cura dei servizi igienici non guasterebbe.

07/04/2024: Most welcoming environment I had been in as an African in Italy. Very nice man served me my dishes and smiled pleasantly at me throughout. I visited in August of 2023, but I hadn’t remembered to review until today, in April 2024. Still one of the most memorable experiences in Italy because of how kind the gentleman was to me. Highly recommend for tourists like myself!

10/03/2024: In questo locale non potete non fare la scarpetta! Locale piccolino alla buona, d'obbligo prenotare per tempo o non riuscirete ad entrare perché sulla porta verrà apposto il cartello "locale al completo", pochi piatti ma buoni, rustici ed abbondanti, abbiamo mangiato gli spaghettoni al cinghiale forse appena un po' insipidi ma veramente buoni, trippa alla pisana e fagioli all'uccelletto, come non finire fino all'ultima briciola? Attorno a noi ragazzi che assaporavano la pasta con il pane per raccogliere fino all'ultima goccia di sugo, altri che si leccavano le dita dopo aver degustato il coniglio. Assolutamente consigliato, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, personale cortese e gentile. Prezzi onesti: un euro per coperto pane ed acqua!

04/04/2024: It was recommended to us by the owner of the B&B A stone's throw from the Tower and we were satisfied. Small and welcoming place, better to book especially if you want to eat inside. All good and excellent value for money: delicious starter with cold cuts and perfect fomduta with croutons. Absolutely coming back
