30/03/2024: We went to this place with my family a few days ago. The food is quite good even if the menu has very little variety... I don't dare comment on the service. The waitress was rude and disrespectful towards my sister in front of the whole place, for having made a simple joke about the lack of gluten-free bread.
The lack of professionalism and lack of tact meant that they lost a table of 12 people for Easter.
I absolutely don't recommend it.

04/04/2024: Trattoria in the center of Città di Castello, well-kept and hospitable place, cotton tablecloths and placemats. Typical local cuisine with the addition of black truffle and whitebait dishes. Fast service and friendly, helpful staff
