01/04/2024: Small brewery in the center of Trieste. Typical Trieste dishes of excellent quality. A special mention for the goulash with potatoes in the pan, truly delicious. Absolutely worth trying.
01/04/2024: Osteria with typical dishes of the area, lacks a selection for vegetarians but the staff is very clear about it (you have no surprises, you know it in advance).

Exquisite cuisine, top service, super friendly and helpful owner!
All the dishes we tasted were delicious and the attention shown in recommending the right wine was greatly appreciated
30/03/2024: Scamoi tagliolini and truffle UNMISSABLE, good octopus but it didn't completely convince me, mackerel you absolutely must try (well done).
The welcome and pre-dessert 'caresses' were much appreciated! good

04/04/2024: I just had dinner at Callo, The food was amazing, I sincerely recommend the seafood pasta. It was so authentic and amazing with fresh seafood and we also had an amazing pizza. The place is a real small Italian restaurant, just wonderful. I truly recommend coming here for dinner. Or server Endrit was delightful and a true professional 😁

01/04/2024: When we visit a new city, we usually don't go back to the same restaurant twice in a row... In this case we were overwhelmed by the quality of the food and the friendliness of the owner so we were almost forced to return!
Enjoyable portions and very high quality food, I highly recommend the boiled meat and the Giulianska. The Jota, Goulash and bread dumplings are also exceptional. We will definitely return next time we return to Trieste!

The food is perfectly prepared, a large selection.
Friendly staff. The space is pleasant. You can drink coffee, most certainly other drinks.

29/03/2024: Rustic atmosphere..... old-time tavern... and it's ok. Friendly and fast staff. Simply delicious food.....orecchiette with sword, cherry tomatoes and special aubergines, perfectly fried calamari, more than good doses, good house wine. Price more than honest. I'll definitely be back, also because I know of other delicacies they have in stock. WELL DONE!!!

31/03/2024: Simple, clean and very nice tavern close to the Politeama Rossetti theatre.
Very friendly waitress, dishes cooked very well and plentiful.
The two of us had a soup of the day (legumes and cereals), some prawn gnocchi (fabulous) and we shared the frico, a typical Trieste dish with polenta and cheese.
Excellent value for money, absolutely recommended!!

Cozy environment, few tables but the lady who serves knows how to be welcoming and attentive to everyone.
Excellent food!
We willingly accepted the advice they gave us.
I recommend it to everyone. I recommend you book in advance.
