02/03/2024: I found myself yesterday, with my family, in this sushi bar, j-soul. This is Japanese cuisine, certainly not "all you can eat", its quality is unquestionable. The room where you can consume what you ordered in peace is unique: sober, welcoming, well-kept and with low-volume jazz music. It is a type of cuisine that focuses entirely on quality, and, as far as I have seen, they have succeeded. It's true that a satisfied customer doesn't write reviews, but simply comes back, however I wanted to share my excellent experience. Until next time.

25/02/2024: Discreet, good! pairing ideas for the rolls that positively surprised me, the ones with pepper are top!!!!! The only negative note is the tempering of the sashimi, really too cold and it would be nice to have a micro paper placemat. I came back and confirm what was written, the food is excellent, but it's really cold...if it were at room temperature it would be fantastic. Ah, the tempura honestly doesn't live up to expectations, but you can't give up on fried food even if it's imperfect

The dishes are true masterpieces, with attention to the smallest details and truly tasty. You can feel that everything is very fresh! Congratulations to the manager for his courtesy, the cleanliness of the place and his ability to advise those approaching the world of sushi for the first time. We will definitely be back!

07/04/2024: "Definitely avoid this all you can eat sushi in Bologna. It was a disappointing experience from start to finish. The tables were so close together that it felt like sharing dinner with strangers. The waiters were unhappy and grumpy. And the food? Horrible The rice was old and dull, as was the fish, except the sashimi which looked decent. The Chinese dishes also left something to be desired, with rubbery rice noodles and dumplings that looked like they were made a week ago. And let's not talk about the plating, it looked that the cook had just thrown the food on the plate without a second thought. To top it off, at the checkout they informed us that they had no fortune cookies, as if they needed another reason not to go back. And all this for €30 each , not even including drinks! Paper placemats and disposable wooden chopsticks....Avoid like the plague."

27/03/2024: Given that I am not a lover or expert of ramen, I think this place can be appreciated by those who love this cuisine. The portions of ramen are very generous and are enough to leave the restaurant more than full. Prices vary from 12 to 17 euros. I recommend the spicy tonkotsu, very tasty and tasty. Simple Tonkotsu, on the other hand, is quite bland and becomes nauseating after a few spoonfuls. The gyoza are not worth the €6 price, they are not particularly good, while the Bao are highly recommended. Truly exquisite. The environment is characteristic, well-kept and clean.

22/04/2024: The best sushi in Riccione, high quality and very fast service!! Not to mention the friendliness of the owner who is always ready to joke and available for all requests!!! Suitable for everyone, in addition to sushi and sashimi there are many other Asian dishes, delicious poke and hot dishes!!! Super recommended a fixed stop in Riccione!!

22/04/2024: We had the pleasure of dining at Rainbow Sushi 2.0 Riccione and were extremely satisfied with the overall experience. The restaurant staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, their courtesy and professionalism made the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. Speaking of the food, I have to say that we were blown away by the quality and freshness of the ingredients used in their sushi dishes. Every bite was an explosion of delicious flavours, varied menu to satisfy all palates. Impeccable presentation of the dishes and very generous portions, excellent tuna tartare We will definitely be back!!

25/02/2024: Siamo stati qui a gennaio con amici eravamo in 15 ed abbiamo preso cucina cinese: riso Cantonese spaghetti di soia spaghetti di riso gamberi agrodolce, gamberi fritti verdure saltate, ravioli di gamberi al vapore e sorbetti e gelato fritto, acqua e tre bottiglie di vino e birra. Speso 22 euro a testa e mangiato molto bene .

08/03/2024: Excellent sushi to take away or with home delivery. I find it quite expensive but the high quality is noticeable. The only defects: the kappa hosomaki were open (not closed well, the rice was not attached to the seaweed) and in the bag with the order that I collected the boy had forgotten to put the chopsticks.

23/02/2024: The staff is very nice and helpful ready to help you at any time the sushi was fresh and melted in your mouth you could feel the quality of the fish and even the next day I wasn't bad sushi highly recommended
