24/01/2024: I have been going to Giulia for years. And even though I had been missing for many months they welcomed me as if we had seen each other the first day. Always welcoming, a place where you can choose whether to eat Italian or Asian, with decent quality and a fair value for money. This is the right place.

The owner was helpful and had everything ready for me upon my return, having stopped by to book it in the morning for lunch. He provided us with double sauces, even the extra ones we requested The fish was very good: if I'm in the area again I'll stop there

23/02/2024: Small but welcoming place. Managed directly by the owner with obsessive care. Cleanliness and courtesy ensured. The food is exceptional, with a truly unique quality. The prices are not cheap, but the quality is worth every penny.

29/03/2024: I tried the OMAKASE experience with my wife, we were thrilled! Elegant and reserved environment but not rigid like in other luxury restaurants, the chefs' creations enraptured us from start to finish, with particular mention of their delicious Otoro, never eaten anything like it elsewhere. Being at the chef's counter allows you not only to observe their almost hypnotic movements but also to get to know them and the owner. It's just a shame that I wasn't able to meet Master Ichikawa (absent last night). The cost of the experience is not insignificant (€150 excluding drinks per person), but it is fully justified by the excellent quality of the raw materials and preparation. We will definitely return to meet the Maestro

29/03/2024: The choice of veg dishes is incredibly limited, I tried 3 of them and except for the aubergines (really excellent) everything was particularly bland. I had been there many years ago when I still ate fish and even then I didn't remember it being extraordinary, but now I no longer have any valid reason to go back. Even the atmosphere is very tepid and without much personality, the only positive note is undoubtedly the kindness of the waitress (perhaps the owner?). In any case I would NEVER recommend it to any vegetarian.

05/04/2024: Mediocre sushi bar, in fact we weren't there. We couldn't stay inside the place so we sat outside. We ordered the nanbazuke which arrived at our table freezing cold, to the point that for being fried it is inconceivable even though the marinade is freezing, the pork gyoza which I am fond of were badly grilled with a non-compact spicy filling which covered the flavour, the tempura of prawns well I don't know what they were but in my opinion they didn't taste like prawns while the vegetables could be perceived. I hate to say it but it wasn't a great experience

And I was able to taste the best Ramen in my life, the exquisite broth, the egg cooked to perfection, the pork melted in my mouth, seaweed cooked perfectly. Yummy will definitely be a fixed destination to satisfy my craving for ramen, exceptional

21/02/2024: Questo piccolo ristorante è un tesoro nascosto: offre cucina di tradizione giapponese e la esegue con maestria: la tempura è sublime, leggera e croccante. Il personale è attento e ha saputo consigliare opzioni vegane ad un nostro commensale. La selezione di vini è adeguata, ci sono anche birre asiatiche. Peccato che l'ambiente non renda giustizia alla sua squisita cucina, dall'esterno potrebbe sembrare un ristorante dozzinale, invece nasconde una perla!

08/01/2024: Absolutely amazing experience. Everything is spot on. The seating area right by the entrance is quite interesting (you sit in the floor) so definitely call beforehand to make sure you get seated there (it’s only like 2-3 tables). It‘s just a very authentic Japanese experience. Loved it!
