24/03/2024: On the way back from Ladispoli we stopped to visit Perugia. For lunch we stopped at this very nice restaurant, the staff were very welcoming.
We decided to eat some Sushi and tried an ossobuco. Finally we shared a dessert, hazelnut cream with berry sorbet and an almond cramble. Super

25/02/2024: We ended up there by chance, without any pretext or expectation, but fate rewarded us with an incredible experience.
We weren't very hungry, having just finished two intense days of Umbrian cuisine, we ordered 2 appetizers for two (they deserve an honorable mention) which shocked our palates, the waiter was very kind in recommending them and telling us about them with an enthusiasm that it overwhelmed us, I inserted the photos because the eye also appreciated it (bovine tongue and amberjack head), we then had a mixed sashimi, very good and 2 portions of Uramaki for 8 which (forbid me) not all of the rest, although good and finally a very good sweet. Large selection of wines and very good at drinks too (we bought 3).
Total cost €106 for two, well spent.
They literally turned our evening around, well done, well done!

09/03/2024: Excellent restaurant.. We tried some house specialties and I must say that we were pleasantly surprised.. We will definitely be back.. Quality food, polite and courteous staff, and a little discount that never hurts.. Excellent.. Keep it up.. We have tried some à la carte dishes from the new menu which we find fantastic.. Recommended

23/08/2023: I'm not the type of person who likes to give such negative reviews, but these are intended to be more of constructive criticism than mere observations.
The restaurant is located under Via Fabretti and is visible directly from the street. The interiors are furnished in a traditional way, clean and well cared for.
The main problem I encountered during dinner was the terrible value for money.
I found the rice too glutinous and that it almost didn't combine well with the fish it was paired with. The flavors were not bold but rather bland. Even the fish didn't seem great to me.
Perhaps I would broaden the choice more in the evening menu.
It's a shame because the owner is a really kind and helpful person

11/11/2023: È inaccettabile che nel 2023 i cani non possano entrare nei ristoranti, soprattutto dal momento in cui il cane pesa 12kg. Mi aspetto anzi che venga portata pure dell’acqua quando il servizio funziona e il personale è cordiale. Eravamo una tavolata di 40 persone circa, il cane non avrebbe dato fastidio a nessuno visto che eravamo infondo alla sala verso il muro; invece l’ho dovuto riportare a casa e tornare al ristorante con il diluvio.
Altro consiglio: abbassare i riscaldamenti, si boccheggiava dal caldo.
17/10/2023: Se amate la cucina asiatica in generale allora l'Imperiale è il posto adatto a voi. Il mio ristorante orientale preferito davvero consigliatissimo. Tutto sempre pulito e staff molto CORDIALE e il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. Andateci!!!
