23/03/2024: Excellent meat, impeccable service. Recommended!

03/11/2023: Excellent reviews encouraged us to try this grill not far from the historic center of Bernalda. The restaurant is on two floors, with a butcher's shop on the ground floor and a grill on the first floor. There is an elevator reserved for disabled people and people with reduced mobility, otherwise the upper floor is accessed via a staircase. The furnishings are very simple, I expected something more. There is a counter, not particularly large, where the available meat is displayed. There isn't a lot of choice, but the grill attendant is very helpful in providing explanations on all types of meat. We opted for a Marche rib eye, a Tomahawk, onion bombette, classic bombette, pork ribs, carpaccio, spicy sausage, chips. The two excellent steaks, very tender and tasty meat, perfectly cooked. Onion bombettes a must try. The crusco pepper offered was very welcome. Fast service compared to the average in the area. Prices are quite high when compared to the grill restaurants in the area, but taking into account the excellent quality I would say that the approximately €150 that we spent for 6 people is a fair amount.

03/04/2024: Normal food, very long wait between the starter and the first course (1 hour and a half) to conclude the second course arrives first and then the first course. Prices high compared to what you ate. I honestly don't recommend it.

01/04/2024: ..Easter Monday...sitting at 1.30pm at 3pm end of starter, good but portions poor to say the least....the second served before the first...and the price absolutely not commensurate with what you are served. I won't go back again... No

15/03/2024: In the heart of Bernalda, a genuine, original and welcoming place where you can enjoy a well-filled and tasty baguette accompanied by a glass of primitivo with an intensely fruity aroma. Strongly recommended, especially if you love attention to detail and creativity!

Inserted in the nature reserve, this beach allows you to enjoy a perfectly preserved natural place, giving its guests friendliness and attention that give you a special feeling. Congratulations to Mrs. Rosa who knows how to be a perfect hostess in a place immersed in uncontaminated nature.

01/11/2023: When I want to eat a truly amazing pizza I have no doubts and I come here.. it's now the fixed appointment every Sunday evening.. I've been in Bernalda for 1 month but on Sunday evening for dinner there are no doubts.. High class little pizza from the Pythagoreans.. amazing.. thank you

03/09/2023: We went intrigued by the reviews which were all quite positive but unfortunately I can't confirm the positivity! Hot place without air conditioning, we all came out sweaty, grumpy waiter, spaghetti with clams full of sand and once pointed out, (clam completely black with sand, with sand everywhere on the plate), the waiter nodded but they did nothing to to remedy this, asking in an annoyed tone if he had to have them redone, and when we refused, they managed to make us pay €15 for the dish sent back, plus 2 glasses of wine (actually half glasses) €12... in short, we were passing through, but never again! I hope if you go it goes better for you....
