02/11/2023: I wanted to eat fish and when my husband suggested Carano da Arturo as a location I was a little skeptical. I had to change my mind, we ate divinely, I'm Neapolitan and my father brought the fish home alive, to Arturo's" I relived family lunches, excellent quality, cooked very well and the icing on the cake was tasting their oil. Excellent. To be done again absolutely

18/02/2024: I went there for the first time because my father has spoken well of it to me for a lot of years, because he had memories of more than twenty years ago linked to that place, but honestly for me it is too dated, tables, chairs, etc. You can see that they have never been changed and the place hasn't been renovated for a long time, but I must say that they were very kind, even if there was only one person, I don't know if it was the owner, and he was both a waiter and others. things, the wait was quite long for the dishes, the starters were excellent, the gnocchi were the best I've seen in a restaurant in a long time, while I didn't like the paccheri with seafood, you can see they were frozen ingredients , but it must be considered that I went on a weekday, and out of season, in fact we were alone in the restaurant, and perhaps for this reason the seafood was not fresh, as far as the bill was concerned, a fair price, neither expensive nor appropriate. cheap, but overall considering that apart from a few criticisms the cuisine was good, the place is good and the food is quite good, if it were just a little more modern, or with a modernization I would gladly go back, but currently it's not the type of restaurant I prefer.
10/01/2024: Good place to eat while traveling, the food was good, the pasta didn’t feel very fresh but the sauce was very good.

23/02/2024: Locale molto accogliente e cibo veramente cucinato a regola d'arte una pizza meravigliosa cotta a legna con un impasto spettacolare per non parlare del proprietario che è un vero amico ti sa consigliare e soprattutto molto gentile

03/09/2023: Arrivo prima delle 20, locale pertanto quasi vuoto, mi accomodo e dopo 2 minuti segnalo di esser pronto ad ordinare. Passano 10 minuti, i tavoli cominciano ad essere occupati. Dopo altri 10 minuti e dopo che avventori appena giunti hanno potuto ordinare e vengono anche serviti faccio notare che aspetto di ordinare da oltre 20 minuti e che non è giusto che un tavolo appena giunto di 5 persone possa ordinare immediatamente mentre io continuo ad essere ignorato. La birra è l'acqua giungono rapidamente. Dopo qualche minuto la pizza arriva le mie spalle e viene posata frettolosamente e svogliatamente al mio lato : non male pur senza essere eccellente. Al termine effettuo diversi tentativi di chiedere il conto, con prezzi veramente equi. Ricevutolo, dopo altri 6 minuti cronometrati di attesa senza che venga ritirato inserisco la somma esatta e rinuncio all'idea di lasciare il resto come mancia... Non male per chi non ha fretta ma gentilezza, professionalità e cortesia sono altro.
19/08/2023: Ho aspettato 1 ora e dopo mezz'ora di sguardi da parte della ragazza dietro al bancone che ha deciso di alzarsi e ha dovuto dire ai pizzaioli di fare questa pizza margherita.
E lì ci sono voluti solo 3 minuti a farmela e infatti era cruda nei cornicioni.
Tralasciando la mia esperienza personale il sugo è buono e anche la mozzarella ma l l'impasto era senza sale.
Non ci tornerò mai più a meno che io non sia costretto.

29/08/2023: Ci siamo ritrovati alla locanda per caso , insieme ad amici , è stata una cena piena di sorprese piatti abbondanti di prima qualità personale attento e location impeccabile
20/08/2023: Una serata all'insegna del buon vivere, in un ambiente accogliente ed elegante. Nella piccola comunità di Carano abbiamo scoperto un piccolo paradiso, fatto di recupero di luoghi abbandonati, un tempo centro della vita della cittadina. A gestire la Locanda in buon Emilio con sua moglie e tanti collaboratori veramente dalle straordinarie capacità. Che dire, buona la prima e pronti per nuove avventure...

Menù un optional…eravamo stati altre 2 volte in precedenza ma mai un trattamento così . Sono peggiorati di molto . Di certo non ci vedranno più
19/08/2023: Ci andavo spesso da bambina con familiari,per cui per me è è comunque un posto a me caro. Molto tranquillo, abbiamo mangiato una grigliata di pesce, contorno di patate e insalata,preceduta da bruschetta con telline. Tutto molto saporito, prezzo nella media.

25/07/2023: Nice place, courteous service, the only flaw compared to the past is that the prices are sky-high and there is little choice on the menu. It's a shame about these changes which certainly don't make you want to choose the place again

31/08/2023: Un ristorante gestito benissimo, cucina attenta e di qualità. Servizio perfetto, pulizia al top, per me che giro ristoranti da una vita é ottimo.
26/08/2023: Per quello che ho potuto vedere il lido si presenta benissimo e dispone di tutto per accogliere la clientela per la balneazione .
Per quanto riguarda la ristorazione non mi ha stupito per nulla, ho chiesto un banale spaghetto a vongole, pasta precotta e vongole semmai fresche non hanno insaporito il tutto.Probabilmente la cucina non è all’altezza per ciò che chiede nel prezzo.
Forse sarà stata la serata sbagliata, ma uno spaghetto a vongole lo si cuoce in 9 minuti al dente.
Non penso di ritornarci .

17/08/2023: Honestly, I don't agree at all with the very few negative reviews attached to this place which without a shadow of a doubt is among the most beautiful and best served establishments if we take into account that it belongs to the b&b category.
A structure equipped with new, clean rooms equipped with TV, air conditioning, private bathroom with shower, private balcony with table and chairs, beautiful view, private swimming pool since we are talking about only 3 rooms, very welcoming breakfast room, patio with sofas and above all maximum availability of staff.
If you don't appreciate this, this means that you have some sort of prejudice but not even a hotel could put together so many services in a single structure unless at a price that is 3 times higher.
In any case I advise you not to go otherwise I risk not finding free for me thanks.
