23/03/2024: Takeaway service? Probably the worst I've experienced in my entire life. I booked three takeaway pizzas, they set the pick-up time. I show up at the indicated time to collect the pizzas and nothing is delivered to me. "We don't have any orders." They didn't even have the sense to offer help trying to make pizzas at the time. I will never trust them again.

The fifth star is missing for the service time, which in my opinion was a bit excessive and for the availability of off-menu items, which were very few and I didn't have time to taste them as they were finished.

She doesn't win the fifth star because her mother was inappropriate and grumpy during lunch, moreover venal to the penny even on how we had to pay, I think her time has come to enjoy her retirement since she is no longer suited to being around people , as I have seen the same behaviors with other embarrassed and annoyed customers.
