28/03/2024: The food is 5 stars for the quality, grilled meat is very good and cooked with skill, the service is 2 stars because Francisco is nice otherwise I would have given one star. You can't wait more than an hour between starter and main course and the innkeeper's answer certainly can't be to come on a Thursday if you don't want to wait. Personally, despite the quality of the food and wines, I will not go back again, also because for what we spent the service should have been impeccable. Francisco was a pleasure, but once is enough
18/03/2024: What a wonderful place. Everything we had was delicious, but the Bistecca alla Fiorentina was definitely the highlight. The service was excellent and everyone was very kind to our seven-year-old son. Highly recommended!

15/02/2024: Valentine's Day evening. Beautiful location, very well furnished room with discreet table arrangement. Friendly welcome with attentive service. Good choice of wines, excellent menu that ranges between tradition and revisitation. I took the herring in saor offered off the menu. Really very good. But the dessert really won me over. I selected the boiled strucchi. A symphony of tastes and aromas, a dive into the Austro-Hungarian tradition.
Worth noting is the slightly prolonged wait but brilliantly resolved by a truly competent waitress: she was able to handle the mix-up with an incredible smile and the desire to make us happy. You cannot always and only evaluate location and food: the staff plays a fundamental role in a restaurant. Very good 🌹

19/02/2024: Siamo stati una domenica a pranzo con amici, subito mi ha colpito lo stile del locale nel suo essere rustico ma con tocchi di eleganza e accuratezza dei particolari.
Il menù che ci hanno presentato era vario e completo per i vari palati, nella scelta ci ha assistito e consigliato una cameriera preparata e molto educata che non ha cercato di vendere la quantità ma ha puntato alla qualità del pranzo.
Abbiamo ordinato un tagliere misto di affettati e formaggi di grande qualità è giusta quantità per 6 persone. Per primo ho scelto delle spatzle con speck su letto di formaggio fuso, una qualità perfetta per chi come me ama sapori intensi e di ottima qualità. Ho proseguito con una tagliata di capocollo divisa in 2, in verità buona qualità ma per la tipologia del locale mi sarei aspettato una scelta di secondi di livello superiore, tipo una tagliata scelta di manzo (ma rimane un mio punto di vista). Successivamente abbiamo diviso in 6 un frico che è stato apprezzato da tutti per la sua ottima qualità. Ho concluso con un sfoglia con crema chantilly che mi è piaciuta molto.
Il pranzo lo abbiamo accompaganto con un ottimo vino rosso consigliato dalla cameriera.
Il rapporto qualità prezzo ci ha sorpreso, ottimo. Solo 240€ per 6 persone.

27/07/2023: chiesto 2 bicchieri d' acqua di rubinetto da servire insieme ai 2 caffè. Portata acqua minerale. Conto 4 euro e 20. La cameriera mi ha cambiato 50 euro per 20 cent. Che figura ....
