06/02/2024: We went on a Sunday and as soon as we entered we were invaded by the scents of a cuisine from the past.
Traditional setting with historic photos hanging.
Good quality fresh dishes. The polenta is excellent. Honest prices.

31/10/2023: We ended up with some friends in this very beautiful, fascinating and evocative cellar but the culinary experience was not up to par. Starting from the appetizers: Milano salami packaged from the supermarket, medium quality raw ham. Bruschettas with ready-made sauces, in short, nothing artisanal. First course of pappardelle with wild boar ragù which tasted like ready-made sauce. As a second course I appreciated the stew with chestnuts and mushrooms even if the latter were not present in all the dishes, in fact in almost none. I understand that the lunch was a fixed menu of 25 euros but it would take very little to improve the quality offered by investing appropriately in local products.
29/10/2023: We have been coming to this cellar for several years for the chestnut festival. Satisfied with the food and the service.
