26/03/2024: Rooster started to yell at 4am and continued 20 minutes. After that started dog barking loud for another 15 minutes. It was good morning at 4.00. Breakfast was good. Location is good when having own car.

12/03/2024: For work I stayed at the Hotel Villa Sofia and I was immediately positively impressed by the tranquility of the place. The Superior double room has a pleasant view of the swimming pool and the internal garden, a very clean, spacious and bright room. Good and plentiful breakfast, friendly and polite staff. I will definitely return for future work commitments.

20/12/2023: I went in by chance for an aperitif and was pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the staff. Well, well...I'll be happy to come back.

17/11/2023: È uno dei luoghi dove mi do appuntamento con amiche di maglia ma anche dove mi piace intrattenermi prima di andare in biblioteca dove sto seguendo un' interessante iniziativa dedicata alla letteratura 📒gialla 😄 locale accogliente sia lo spazio esterno che la luminosa sala interna ma io amo proprio tanto intrattenermi al bel tavolo trapezioidale da 7 posti locato bel bow window con vista sul parco, una nicchia dove posso leggere, studiare e dedicarmi agli spesso ingombranti progetti filosi che mi porto appresso oggi poi che delizia 😃 la persona che ha preso la mia comanda e che non trovo di turno ogni volta che vado ☕ (tra l'altro vivo nei pressi da poco più di 6 anni e non sono stata un'assidua frequentatrice di questa parte di città) si è ricordata cosa scelgo come consumazione e qua mi preparano un cremosissimo, bollente come mi garba riceverlo cappuccino con latte di soia al vetro ☕ il bagno sempre in ordine, la sala teporosa, il personale, garbato.

25/02/2024: Prima volta, una sorpresa, tutto ottimo, il prezzo proporzionato. Siamo andati con amici, ordinato, antipasti, tartare di manzo, tagliata, ottimi vini, dolce. Molto soddisfatti

18/02/2024: Locale eccellente, personale gentile e molto attento...Pizza 10 e lode ...i prodotti usati sono di primissima qualità e l'impasto fatto con il prefermento e qualcosa di eccezionale... scioglievole e gustoso .... Qualità prezzo di giusto equilibrio.... Tornerò con molto piacere...

31/03/2024: I haven't been there for 20 years and I think another 20 will peacefully pass before I go back. Over the years the place has exponentially multiplied the number of seats and coincidentally the quality I remembered is just a memory. The pizza is poorly seasoned and also undercooked (and of course, they have to make it so quickly...), lots of chaos (also because there are no reservations on Saturdays, but also due to the amount of people who go to get take-away pizza) and inevitably the service is inattentive. They charged us some little extra things that were the result of wrong orders but in order not to cause unnecessary controversy we didn't go back and have them removed from the bill. Positive note for the fried foods, generally tasty, even if a little greasy. However, 2.50 cover charge for a paper placemat seems a bit excessive to me. I have the impression that they need to recalibrate a little. But I laugh at them. Better this way. Always better than crying.

29/04/2024: The environment is pleasant but the service leaves something to be desired. I asked for one type of aperitif and I was brought another which was only changed at my insistence, poor quality chips and upon my request for another type of snack I was told that they could not serve them for internal supply reasons... ...maybe I happened to have a bad day.

17/03/2024: Insoddisfazione al massimo. In fase di prenotazione ci è stato chiesto di scegliere il servizio desiderato e scegliamo la cena per le 21. Una volta lì, chiediamo il menù e ci viene risposto che non hanno menù,a che avremmo potuto mangiare ciò che rimaneva dell' Happy hour, chiedo spiegazioni considerato che ci era stato chiesto di scegliere il servizio e la ragazza del servizio dopo essersi "informata" ci comunica che loro servono la cena solo se hanno più prenotazioni. È assurdo tutto questo e per niente professionale! Praticamente abbiamo fatto un Happy hour alle 21 con ciò che rimaneva! Mai più.

14/05/2024: The mixed fish starter and the fried calamari and prawns were excellent, the baked potatoes were a little dry (it can happen) but they remade them without any problems.

27/01/2024: Tutto ottimo, prezzo giusto e locale accogliente! Consiglio spassionato: curare un po’ di più i dettagli. Nelle tovagliette c’era ancora il prezzo, i copri tavoli erano un po’ sporchi e soprattutto, quando abbiamo chiesto cosa fosse una pietanza, la ragazza ci ha risposto: “Non ne ho idea”. Non fattibile, considerato che preparano quasi tutto loro e che così il cliente non si sente troppo sicuro del posto in cui sta mangiando.

17/04/2024: Best place to have a craft beer in Viterbo. The price is 5€ for medium glass. The selection on the tap is filled with local brewery. The guy behind the bar was nice and speak good English
