31/03/2024: Upon entering the restaurant, I was struck by the deserted kitchen with the lights off, no chef at work. I order and the owner, a gentleman constantly in front of the PC, goes into the kitchen and comes out after 5 minutes. After another 5 minutes I hear the beep of the microwave, in fact the owner goes back into the kitchen and comes out with the dishes. Inedible. I frequent many restaurants but an experience like this is to be forgotten.
29/03/2024: I returned to this place, now managed by others. The photos and reviews refer to the old management. A single subject performs at the same time
the task of preparing meals and accounting (Hygiene sic!!)
The menu card is very small, the contents are heated in the microwave
and administered. I tried a white rice with the shadow of shrimp and an unidentifiable pork having sawdust consistency. A rip-off

When I have the chance to pass through San Bonifacio it's a fixed stop! Highly recommended

24/03/2024: Located in a beautiful place with a breathtaking view, immense disappointment.
Unseasoned Borlenghi which was just the smell of the seasoning, mini plate of cold cuts practically a taste... The only thing that they increased was the bill for fried crescentine and tigelle for 2 people. I'll be back just to see the view... allow me to give you some advice: spend more on the cold cuts and seasonings, at least when you go to pay you'll be happy to do so
16/03/2024: At the moment the best borlenghi I have eaten. Ideal place for a lunch with a view or for a dinner under the stars.

Siamo stati con il nostro bimbo piccolo e ci hanno riservato un tavolo comodo e spazioso anche se non avevamo prenotato.
Molto carina e originale l'idea del "niente menù". Complimenti, se ricapitiamo da queste parti torniamo di sicuro.

29/12/2023: Dieses ungewöhnliche Lokal ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Mut und schnelle Entscheidung werden hier belohnt. Das Essen wird präsentiert, man entscheidet ja oder nein, wird aber nie enttäuscht, da immer wieder ein neues Geschmackserlebnis versprochen ist. Ob himmlische Pizza mit unglaublichem Pizzateig oder Pasta, sehr zu empfehlen die Ravioli, es ist wirklich toll. Wir sind eher zufällig auf dieses Lokal gestoßen, aber das kurze Warten auf einen Tisch hat sich gelohnt.

03/04/2024: It has finally reopened, better than before. There are some nice young people who want to do things, and they treat everyone well, which is already good news for Imperia. Unlike the old manager, who didn't accept reservations, if you asked him he would call the marines and have you shot, now you can book!!!
27/03/2024: The place has returned to being, after other managements, an excellent tavern. The farinata, the brandacujon, the pancakes with cheese sauce and the first courses are excellent. You eat well and spend little. I gave the environment 3 stars because in any case it is a tavern whose furnishings are consistent with the cost and are still clean.
The staff is kind and smiling.
