31/12/2023: They served extra virgin olive oil from Perinaldo. I went for a tasting dinner.
Excellent dinner, sophisticated dishes, high level style and the best Ligurian oil I have ever tasted before. Almost transparent, delicate flavour, all olive, not bitter or pungent. Color doesn't mean. Maximum flavor without covering the flavor of the dishes. I remember the bread with citrus fruits, dried lemon slices. Top!
