29/02/2024: 1 star too much... once we sat down we started reading the reviews and hoped that all the negative comments weren't 100% true... but no one is wrong! The food is inedible, not to mention how we felt afterwards. DIRTY, RUDE, FROZEN/REHEATED/RAW FOOD (and they also say that they catch the fish in the lake and that all the vegetables are fresh!!!) Truly never again... and don't go there either.
26/02/2024: You leave the Vittoriale hungry, it's 1.30pm, you see a trattoria-pizzeria right in front, what's up, don't you go in?
Tourist menu offered for 17.50 euros, written in large format. In reality you then discover that you pay the cover charge separately, all drinks are excluded, even water, and in the end, if you are satisfied with the latter and don't indulge in wine or soft drinks, it becomes 25.
While you wait for them to come and take your order, you see dishes of casoncelli being served at the nearby table, beautiful, abundant, steaming, and you decide: I want them. Yours arrive in 10 min. afterwards, half of those you saw in the dishes described previously, barely lukewarm (probably the leftover from the aforementioned batch).
For the second course I had a mix of grilled meat: the salamella was good but really small, a lamb chop, always good if you like it (and not everyone does) and a pork chop full of bone splinters (cut really badly !).
Excellent coffee! All the condiments (including the grated cheese) are in single-dose sachets, almost like those of a company canteen.

15/03/2024: Personale molto gentile ma prezzo esagerato per due primi ed un secondo in due e vino sfuso mezzo litro totale 90 euro! Il primo servito tiepido. La location invece raffinata!

28/04/2024: Rude waiter who accuses us of having sat down and that they were full when in reality the colleague had made us sit down. despite the empty tables both inside and outside, they close the restaurant and do not allow entry. But they immediately seat people dressed in designer clothes. Pitiful portions for the price. Never again. If you are rich maybe they treat you well…
01/04/2024: After visiting the victoral we stopped for dinner. Good food, excellent starter, main course could be improved, good desserts. The staff is welcoming and attentive to customer needs. Advised!

24/02/2024: Il locale è piccolo ma con un ottima atmosfera. Piatti ottimi e abbondanti. Bello cenare con una rilassante musica di sottofondo. Prezzi nella norma.
05/10/2023: We had a simply delicious meal at this lovely authentic and traditional restaurant. The food was just superb. Sensibly priced, fresh and delicious. The fish we had was excellent. This was one of the best meals we had during our trip to Italy.
The service was amazing, the lady, who owns the business with her husband the chef, was so kind and attentive.
A cosy and comfortable restaurant.
Highly recommended.

Hier sind sie als Gast König edelstes essen gute beste Wein ein toller Service mit einem sympathischen Gastgeber. Ein Erlebnis direkt am See das Gesamtkonzept stimmt wie immer.

26/07/2023: This was a lovely meal with excellent food and superb service although the staff was stretched thin with only around four to five people to serve around twelve to fourteen tables (with several large parties). We shared an appetizer of Parma ham that they age an additional 14 months beyond the original 40, then had a pasta special using mushrooms and black truffles. The filet of beef was tender and the fruit dessert of peaches and raspberries divine.
Note that this restaurant is family friendly and dog friendly, so you might have noisy children and/or barking dogs during your meal, so maybe not the top pick for a romantic couple dinner.

25/09/2023: Ristorante che ci ha lasciato un po’ delusi.
Il servizio è completamente da rivedere. I camerieri dopo aver preso l’ordinazione, arrivati a metà sala, gridano l’ordine alla capo sala/cucina. Non è stato un caso, ma ogni ordine di ogni tavolo veniva gestito in questa maniera. Il menu, con alcuni prodotti cancellati che poi in realtà erano presenti.. confusionario!
Ps: ma un locale che fa pagare 3€ di coperto, possibile che non abbia le finanze per ristampare una pagina di menu in caso di cambi nelle pietanze?
Pizza buona, dolci completamente da rivedere. Il dolce in foto, chiamata crème Brûlé era in realtà un tortino con zucchero caramellato.
Il bicchiere di birra, da 400cc, viene servita un con un dito in meno di birra.
I prezzi sono completamente da rivedere, soprattutto quelli del dolce, pagato 9 Euro. Follia!

26/09/2023: Ja - hier passt wirklich (fast) alles. Wir hatten - anlässlich meines Geburtstages - das Sensazioni-Menü mit Weinbegleitung und es war wirklich ein super Erlebnis. Nur drei winzige Ärgerlichkeiten fehlen zum 100%-perfekt:
- Das Piano an der Bar harmoniert akustisch nicht mit der Hintergrundmusik des Restaurants
- Einmal mussten wir auf den fehlenden Wein hinweisen
- Der Cognac zum Schluß kam nicht vorgewärmt
Das ist jetzt aber Jammern auf allerhöchstem Niveau! Wer hier einen schönen Abend verbringen will (und das nötige "Kleingeld" mitbringt) ist hier wirklich gut aufgehoben.

05/08/2023: Purtroppo anche se la posizione è invidiabile.. pagare più una birra media di una piada.. è decisamente fuori luogo. Soprattutto quando il cibo non è all'altezza.. quindi conto altissimo e pochissima qualità.. no non lo consiglierei

23/10/2023: Locale Molto accogliente,servizio veloce,Risotto con la Zucca fantastico Io personalmente non mangio Zucche, una tagliata di Manzo con patate al forno tenerissima un Burro, Personale Fantastico sono molto Professionali anche se c'era gente riuscivano ha portare le portate un ristorante cosi efficiente è organizata e fantastico. se torno in quella zona sara' il mio ristorante preferito sembrava di stare a casa. grazie vi faccio i miei COMPLIMENTI di Cuore
