07/04/2024: Structure to be demolished, dirty and shiny is to say the least, the non-existent breakfast, the staff better change jobs, it's not something......God-forsaken place.
01/04/2024: Nobody cleans the rooms or changes towels
This is just rock bottom!
There was no service at all (apart from two young people available in the evening)

13/10/2023: The restaurant is closed, it is impossible for me to give an evaluation
13/08/2023: Prenotato ristorante , arrivati alle 7.40 , tavolo esterno . Ordinato immediatamente. Arrivati antipasti . Al tavolo mio figlio di 5 anni . Alle 9.30 non era arrivato ne’ il primo ne’ la carne per il bimbo , ormai esausto . Più volte ci siamo lamentati , cameriere inesperto . Ci siamo alzati , alla cassa la proprietaria si è giustificata dicendo che c’erano 200 persone . Ma non prendete tutte le persone se non avete la capacità !! Ed ha fatto pagare l’antipasto . Ma vergognatevi , da denuncia e controllo del personale ! E mio marito e’ Piacentino
