01/04/2024: 8 of us stopped for lunch on the Saturday before Easter, after having booked. We ate well, the girl who takes care of the rooms is very polite and helpful. The elderly lady behind the counter was friendly and I pleasantly chatted with her. Delicious pizzoccheri!

31/03/2024: An experience of Valtellina flavors for Easter day. We took the traditional dish of pizzoccheri recommended with Grosina (fabulous flavoring of herbs, spices typical of the area - Grosio-SO to be used sparingly because it is very strong). All accompanied by an incredible red wine - Sassella Valtellina Superiore DOCG - suggested by the kindness and punctuality of the staff. Thank you!

04/02/2024: We arrived early to get takeaway pizzas. The owner was already exhausted with a large table, he welcomed those who had to eat there, but he sent us away first, then he thought better of it and said that if we ordered for later he would make it. Then when I chose one from the menu written on the wall... he told me that none of that was available and rudely presented a handwritten menu, which I couldn't understand. The pizza chef was the only kind person in the whole experience.
The pizzas were ok, although later we realized that they are difficult to digest. Double the market price.
The environment was visually nice, but it was very hot inside. Disappointing experience for a place I really wanted to know.

19/02/2024: Excellent strategic location of a period bar that gives the opportunity to enjoy a good coffee or an excellent aperitif, or a good breakfast in the heart of the city of Sondrio Vecchia.
The owner is very kind and above all helpful.
18/02/2024: I find it absurd that a bar like this has such high reviews... Mediocre service and prices that are too high. A mini glass of Franciacorta of 10cl for 6 euros... come on!

06/04/2024: Charming pizzeria restaurant located in a beautiful place in the old town of Sondrio, where you can enjoy excellent pizzas but the proposed menu is very interesting and inviting, from the fish menu but also to the Valtellina menu.
The manager and staff of the pizzeria restaurant were very kind and friendly and above all helpful.

The parking is not outside, but nearby there are more places to park and in extreme cases the owner is very helpful in finding a solution.
The restaurant is very large and offers a fixed menu.
The products are genuine and the house wine in particular deserves to be tasted.
The owners' welcome will make you feel at home from the first moment.
Open on weekends and during the week by reservation only.

04/02/2024: Il titolo perchè onestamente non capita tutti i giorni che un locale accetti due clienti quasi in orario di chiusura e senza prenotazione. In viaggio verso Santa Caterina Valfurva, con mia moglie decidiamo una breve sosta in quel di Sondrio (purtroppo piuttosto tardi per l'orario di pranzo in giorno lavorativo). Ma le signore con estrema gentilezza e cordialità ci hanno fatto accomodare fuori e di questo ne siamo grati (arrivando da una regione dove talvolta la risposta è ), per cui quest'anno con piacere torneremo in ora giusta ad assaggiare le Vostre specialità. Perchè i piatti assaggiati erano genuini e buoni (bollito caldo e fagioli con prezzemolo e cipolla) e con acqua e caffè il conto era assolutamente giusto.
04/01/2024: Sono finita in questo ristorante per un pranzo con un gruppo di famigliari. Tavolo prenotato per 14 persone e prima di prendere l’ordinazione ci avvisano che i pizzocheri erano disponibili solo 7 porzioni e altri tre secondi del giorno erano già esauriti. Scelta ulteriormente ridotta e polenta immangiabile, salsiccia alla griglia cruda, contorni extra, in generale prezzi un po’ troppo alti. Disorganizzazione nel servizio che nemmeno risulta cordiale e confusioni nel pagamento del conto. Da non tornare ne consigliare.
