28/11/2023: I had the opportunity to dine at the Da Saverio restaurant in Camerano (AN) with a group of friends for an evening together based on fish. While there were some positives, I have to admit that the overall experience was okay. The ambience of the restaurant was pleasant but a little dated. The decorations were simple but elegant, creating an overall welcoming atmosphere for dinner. The service staff was polite and friendly. Moving on to food, we were inspired by Chef Saverio. We started with cold and hot appetizers, then paccheri with clams and roasted spicola with potatoes. The quality of the dishes was good but sometimes variable. Some dishes were tasty and well presented, highlighting the use of fresh ingredients. Others, however, were rather disappointing, with not very pronounced flavors. It is important to underline that the times between one dish and another were regular, thus contributing to making the evening pleasant. The quality-price ratio was another aspect that left me a little perplexed, it was slightly high not compared to the quality offered but overall. Although fresh fish is naturally more expensive, I would have appreciated a better match between the price and the quality of the dishes. In conclusion, the Da Saverio Restaurant offers a decent experience for a fish dinner.

13/11/2023: Excellent restaurant, attentive staff, fast service. The owner/chef, of unique kindness, is present in the room to welcome and advise customers. Wide choice of first and second courses of both meat and fish (very fresh). The fish soup is fabulous, the squid skewers are very tender. Honest prices. We returned two nights in a row. It's worth the trip.

08/03/2024: Francesca is a lovely host. I had dinner with my girlfriends and I had requested 2 different menus. Both of them were delicious. Service is spectacular as well as the table setting . Wine selection is based not only on local products but it as a large variety throughout Italy. Highly recommended.

26/10/2023: Excellent pizza by the slice, when I don't have anything for dinner I always make up for it by coming here, then I discovered that they also make it to take away... even better!!!

07/04/2024: A beautiful country house. We had lunch on Easter Monday, although the place was full, we were served with excellent dishes in excellent time. Very kind staff.

26/03/2024: I recommended this place to my friends precisely because in the 20 years I have been coming here, especially for karaoke evening, and under the previous management it has never disappointed me. Piero Pirani indisputable as always, a professional and experienced entertainer who knows how to manage the evening in the best possible way depending on the situation. I didn't know that the pizza tour cost us €28 each, but it was my mistake not to have asked before, I based it on the prices of similar places. In any case, the pizza was good, the frittini too and combined with the karaoke evening it was a nice atmosphere. The only sore point was the payment, as we were informed that 3 installments had not been paid. And only 3 people who had paid in cash were not issued a receipt (and they mistakenly did not request one). It is true that the computer system rarely makes mistakes but if you tell it to make the receipt, it does so and stores the amount paid in its memory. Now to avoid ruining the evening and avoid arguments with the manager, feeling responsible for having brought them to this place, I made up for the payment of the 3 fees even though I was sure that we had all paid but it was our word against his whether it was a mistake whether it was done on purpose. But it wasn't a good conclusion, because indirectly it's like having called some customers dishonest, 21 people, university kids who could have continued their Wednesdays at the karaoke since they had fun anyway. A compromise could have been found on an economic level, precisely because it was our word against his, but it was not done. Never mind, evidently we weren't the type of customer who was interested in building loyalty.

21/03/2024: Spent an evening with friends doing the pizza round since ordering 20 pizzas individually wasn't possible... Cost €28 each all inclusive which is a bit high for a pizza dinner... As if that wasn't enough, we they charged 3 more bills after we had all paid. So the mistake was made by the cashier who did not issue the receipts to those who paid in cash and who got confused. It's a shame because the karaoke evening was a lot of fun.
