25/02/2024: Bella location animali stupendi ma grande delusione per le portate servite nel vassoio senza che nessuno ci dicesse per quante persone fossero tant'e' che un ragazzo è rimasto senza primo e abbiamo richiesto la porzione. Lo stesso per la carne e alla fine abbiamo pagato un botto di extra perché ci avevano detto "abbiamo ancora delle fettine di carne " ma non avevano specificato che le avremmo pagate. Siamo rimasti basiti dal conto.

25/02/2024: Pros: the raw materials are genuine, the offerings traditional, the furnishings and views pleasant. Cons: portions so measured as to appear objectively scarce (especially, but not only, on first courses) and beyond individual tastes, preparations with important errors (the pasta of the lean ravioli too thick and covering, the maturation of the meat for the filling of the agnolotti excessive). You spend the wait (however significant: for a fixed menu with 4 pre-agreed courses almost 3 hours) if you want cooked and unheated food you need patience, and you pass the so-so service (a polite waiter who didn't know the contents of the dishes, a prepared but so austere and dry in the answers as to create embarrassment) because we are all human and a difficult day can happen, but what really isn't good is the management of the extras: only in hindsight was it discovered that 4 carafes of loose wine, 3 dessert (one of which was an apple for a child) and a portion of gnocchi were quantified at 86 euros, and even upon specific request it was not possible to see the details of the items reported only orally. Finally, it is sad to note the absence of the receipt, even though we were a large group (about twenty with children). I'm sorry, although I partially agree with the ethical choices underlying this project, the result is too far from sufficient. You can eat just as healthy while spending significantly less (in our case 35/40 per adult), or much better for the same money.
