13/02/2024: The style of the pizzas may not be exactly Neapolitan, but they are exceptional: delicious, well leavened and well cooked, and (unlike many Neapolitan ones) extremely digestible even if you opt for the "tougher" ones (my favorite is the superdiavola: gorgonzola, spicy salami and onion). Other very interesting pizzas have local ingredients such as tomino or mountain "grigio", which makes them different from those found in the city. Very honest prices, I always come back willingly.

21/01/2024: Warm welcome, beautiful view from the very comfortable room. We enjoyed the minestrone and salsiccia polenta. We will come back to it :)

16/12/2023: When I go up to Varaita I always stop at Giancarlo's for coffee. It's great and they are a nice team! Every now and then local a little "pastisa''" but in our valleys it fits! :)
