04/04/2024: We went for lunch on Sunday and Easter Monday at my son's wedding lunch: Nicola, the owner, is a delightful person, kind, polite, always cheerful and helpful, impeccable staff and service, very suggestive location, ample parking. Highly recommended, absolutely worth trying and we will definitely be back!!!

13/02/2024: I had the pleasure of visiting the Trattoria dell'Amicizia in Nibbiola and I was very impressed by the quality of the products offered, by the typical Novara dish "La Paniscia", by the friendliness of the owner Roberta and by the very reasonable prices. Firstly, the quality of the products offered was astonishing. I was able to taste their fresh, homemade pasta, which was really delicious and you could feel the freshness of their ingredients. The meat I ordered was also very tasty and felt like it had been carefully selected. Secondly, the typical Novarese dish, "La Paniscia", was simply incredible. It was full of flavor and consisted of a mixture of rice, beans, lard and vegetables, all cooked to create a delicious and complete dish.

06/04/2024: I tried an ice cream with delicate but well-defined flavors. Compliments to the gianduia, it tasted very good, in addition to the chocolate the unmistakable taste of Piedmontese hazelnut, the cheesecake and cream were also very good.

11/03/2024: La felicità sta nelle piccole cose. Oggi la ho trovata nella cremosita' sel vostro gelato. Un cono 3 gusti , abbondante nella porzione e tutti super ma il gusto fior di latte e rosa variegato al mirtillo mi ha deliziato. La ragazza che mi ha servito,deliziosa quanto il gelato. A prestissimo! 5 stelle super meritate!

03/04/2024: Very nice restaurant with a huge room with large windows overlooking the river and a beautiful, simple and well-kept garden with a small children's area. The service was perfect. The waiters were always smiling and kind. We ate very well with a simple and tasty menu with abundant courses where the waiters did the second round for encores. From the starter to the dessert, everything was delicious and the wines excellent, all freshly cooked! Real compliments to the staff and managers. I don't have photos because we enjoyed the dishes, the wines and the company. We had a truly beautiful Easter Monday!

01/04/2024: We went for lunch for the first time on Easter Monday, what can I say... excellent food and very plentiful. I was amazed by the attention the staff has towards customers and especially towards children. Very fair price for everything we ate. We will definitely be back

There is also a tourist menu for €29. Very good agnolotti del plin. Friendly but not very fast service. Ample parking. Reservation recommended.

10/03/2024: Questa è la seconda volta che ci sono stata. Abbiamo preso il menu di degustazione di 60 Euro vino esclusi. 1 entrée, 1 antipasto, 2 secondi, dolce . Mi capita sempre che si sia qualcosa che mi piace di meno o che avrei fatto diversamente invece era fatto alla perfezione dalle cotture, agli abbinamenti, il gusto , i colori …. Il tutto a un prezzo molto contenuto visto la qualità e la lavorazione dei piatti. Hanno un’ottima selezione di vini ricercati. Il ragazzo (non ho chiesto il nome) che ci ha servito è il top, molto gentile, molto preparato e un ottimo sommelier …. anche simpatico. il locale è arredato minimal con gusto ma lo stesso molto accogliente. Se amate la cucina raffinata e creativa … andateci!
