The place is delicious. Very well furnished, welcoming, familiar, yet elegant.
The top service, staff, very, very kind and always smiling.
The food, most importantly, delicious.
Finally new recipes, well cooked.
We tried everything and everything was delicious.
Finally, the price is more than fair for all of the above.
We had a great time. We recommend it.

A rustic mountain environment but very refined and particularly welcoming is the setting for a coherent gastronomic proposal, well prepared, excellently presented and based on quality raw materials. Tajarin with braised deer particularly recommended! Perfect service, quick, courteous and professional. Correct prices for what is offered. Recommended, we'll be back!

Disorganizzati e maleducati.
Mezz'ora di coda alla cassa per fare lo scontrino nonostante avessimo solo 5 persone davanti.
Menù inesistente, con un solo secondo - la polenta - che alle 13,25 era già finita.
Chiediamo cortesemente notizie del nostro ordine dopo un po' che attendevamo al tavolo ed il cameriere ci risponde come segue: "a mia mamma (la cuoca) non è ancora spuntato il terzo braccio".

25/03/2024: I have known Chalet Monsoleil since it opened and I have followed its evolution over time.
Meeting point for skiers of the Milky Way, and in summer for those who go for walks and excursions between Italy and France.
Always open, summer and winter, it offers a wide selection of Piedmontese and mountain cuisine.
On winter evenings, it organizes snowmobile dinners.
Bar service with rich assortment of sandwiches and toasts.
Very helpful and kind, you can stay inside the structure or on the large terrace.
A warranty! Super recommended.

31/03/2024: We made a stop on the route for lunch. Old-looking restaurant. Closed smell.
I have put a two, because I ordered a rissoto and it was tasteless and the rice was hard. The grilled meat was acceptable.
We didn't want to make dessert or coffee. I find the price and quality expensive.
We paid €50 for two dishes. I don't think I'll be back.

01/04/2024: Beautiful location, we ate well based on polenta with stew, sausage and deer + polenta with cheese dressing. The wines were normal, coffee and cake with eggnog. Price ok.

Cibo ottimo, dalla tartare alla polenta al dolce. Personale molto gentile e uno dei pochi ristoranti della zona che non vieta di effettuare pagamenti separati per lo stesso conto.

16/03/2024: Imbarazzante! Non riesco a capire tutte le recensioni precedenti… o la nostra è una serata no, oppure gli standard qualitativi di chi ci va normalmente sono molto bassi.
Contesto: abbiamo prenotato, siamo arrivati in orario, sala occupata per metà
Entriamo e veniamo accolti sbrigativamente dalla signora che ci dice di sederci dove vogliamo
I tavoli sono apparecchiati con tovaglie e tovaglioli di carta, il menù è un foglio di carta
Dopo 10-15 minuti di attesa, “rubiamo” un “menù”, e poi finalmente ordiniamo
Il vitello tonnato era osceno, gli affettati (in un posto di montagna) sono da galera: metto la foto, lascio a voi il giudizio specie sul prosciutto cotto quadrato
Vino in caraffa direttamente dal cartone esposto senza imbarazzi dietro al bancone
Chiudiamo l’’horror show con gnocchi di busta, con ragù da barattolo
Qualsiasi cosa mangiata arriva dritta dal peggior supermercato
