03/04/2024: Terrible. Arrogant, rude, incompetent staff, non-existent professionalism and organization

03/04/2024: We sat down at 12.45 and after an hour of waiting only one dish arrived for one of the three diners. After finishing the only dish that arrived, we got up to leave, with two diners on empty stomachs. Instead of apologizing, the owner was grumpy and unprofessional, she even made us pay the cover charge for all three of us, even though two of us hadn't touched cutlery, glasses or bread. Never, never, never again.

23/03/2024: Delicious pizza (try ARROGANTE Romana), confusing service (12 at the same table: the first 6 immediately, the other 6 more than half an hour later!!!!). The environment was a little too noisy, with dogs barking... too many people crowded together. They save themselves with pizzas But in total, better NOT TO RETURN.

11/05/2024: The place is my absolute favorite. It is perfect both for an evening with friends and for a more elegant dinner with your partner. The beer is exceptional, especially the red "La Papessa". As for meat, there is plenty of choice between burgers and cuts of meat of all types. The service is excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful. The outside area is also very nice. I highly recommend it!

05/05/2024: May 2024 We came on a lunch break with some colleagues aware of the fact that it might have taken us a little longer to eat, but we didn't expect to receive the dishes 50 minutes after our arrival, or even all of them. There were 6 of us and we ordered 2 first courses and 4 tagliatelle: the cacio e pepe pasta arrived barely warm and too salty. They tried to justify by explaining that it is a "cold" sauce which is why the pasta cannot be hot. Now, I am Roman and I can say that I have never eaten a cold cacio e pepe. One of the 4 cuts arrived slightly cooked, one arrived when we had already gotten up to leave because by now 5 of us had finished eating and it was too late to wait any longer... For goodness sake, to apologize they didn't charge us for the water and they gave us a 10% off coupon for when we came back, but we all agreed that there won't be a sequel. April 2023 We had to have a birthday aperitif, we called asking for information and they told us it would cost 6 euros per drink including snacks. We arrived and instead paid for the drink without seeing anything except chips and the service was very slow. I have no elements to rate the food, I only give a 3 for the location because, in summer, I think the outdoor space is pleasant.

19/03/2024: I have been a customer for 15 years, a place where I have always eaten well, excellent typical Apulian cuisine, pizzas in all possible ways such as dough, excellent farinata!!! And above all kindness and kindness!

30/03/2024: A "worker's" restaurant, this means abundant pasta dishes, unlimited wine (often served in a large bottle), super-fast service, so you can eat during your lunch break. Menu written on the blackboard at the entrance to the kitchen and said verbally, choice between 2-3 first courses, 3 second courses, 2-3 side dishes, water, wine and coffee included in the total price of €12. Always fresh food as it is now only open for lunch, from Monday to Saturday inclusive. The service is quick and familiar but always kind, we have been going there for years and the quality of the food has never changed.

04/01/2024: È un bellissimo locale, tranquillo e piacevole. I piatti sono eccellenti , la battuta di fassona e il polpo rosticciato sono sublimi ma anche il filetto e il resto. I titolari sono di un’accoglienza e di una gentilezza che difficilmente trovi in altri posti. Siamo tornati più volte nella nostra permanenza e sempre siamo stati coccolati e accolti senza eguali. Lo consigliamo a tutti. Ringrazio i titolari per il buon cibo e per tutte le informazioni preziose che ci hanno donato. Le persone di cuore di fanno sentire a casa e qui si sta proprio bene. Un saluto a Carletto dalla famiglia di Treviso.

16/12/2023: Atmosfera avvolgente, cibo delizioso, servizio impeccabile. Qui si vede che non sei solo un cliente. Trovare ancora degli oste rappresentanti del significato vero del termine ormai è occasione rara.

09/03/2024: Not suitable for people who are not full of themselves. Cold atmosphere, the owner's niece is a terrible girl, she looks at you with contempt if you are not rich and pompous, she checks you constantly as if you had to run away without paying, very sulky, eyes rolling. Good croissants but a glass of water as cold as hers, terrible coffee. Too bad, because it used to be a cozy bar but now it's not. I apologize for coming in, I'm a raggedy girl with a 🐕 old and disgusting dog, I assure you that I will never set foot there again.

14/01/2024: Positiva. Come Ispettore nei luoghi di lavoro ( via Balegno) devo dire che non tutto è a norma ( d.lgs. 81/ 2008, haccp..). Per essere perfetti si chiederebbe più cortesia e comunicazione verso i clienti ( essi mandano avanti la vostra azienda [ senza clienti non si va avanti ]).
