What is missing is transparency in pricing.
If you order a drink you should know how much you pay for it beforehand not at the bill, there was no drinks list.
If you suggest extra menus I should have a list of them.
And I wouldn't want to have any nasty surprises at the bill, like farinata at a different price from the menu and if I ask the waiter what I drank such as beer (moretti) I end up having to pay for an Ichnusa with a higher price.

20/01/2024: Sicuramente un angolo "colto" nel territorio della collina torinese. Qui si respira professionalità, conoscenza e passione. Ho avuto la fortuna di degustare il "menù colto" con abbinamento vino. Colpisce, positivamente, l'uso delle materie prime del territorio che, nella circostanza, vengono esaltate nella creazione di piatti che possono definirsi dipinti. Senza ombra di dubbio la passione e la capacità di Gabriele Torretto e della sua Brigata si percepiscono dal primo all'ultimo piatto. Mi unisco pure io a quanto scritto in altre recensioni: manca solo la Stella! Continuate così!
23/10/2023: Locale molto elegante personale molto professionale e preparato.
Come dice il menu “cucina colta” piatti con moltissima ricerca e sia sulle materie prime che nella realizzazione.
Più che una cena direi in esperienza culinaria

27/02/2024: Today I went to this bar to have a coffee and then to go to the bathroom. The lady there tells me that I should have waited for the coffee because she wasn't capable of doing so, so I tell her that in the meantime I would have used the toilets. While I was leaving the bathroom, a gentleman went to check who knows what, urged by the lady who kept asking him if the toilet was okay, as if to blame me for having used the toilet, it is mandatory by law to have a bathroom and provide it as a service. While I was in the bathroom they knocked on me twice even though I replied that it was busy. I must have been inside for 8/10 minutes. Once I left, the lady also started asking me (violating my privacy) why I had taken so long. After that I paid for the coffee (cold because he finally made it for me shortly after telling me he couldn't) and left feeling bitter. I recommend not going to this bar as you don't like using the toilets (what a shame). I also recommend that the owners take a course to manage and treat customers better.

14/08/2023: Sono ritornati qui dopo un po' di tempo per una cena una sera con amici.
Abbiamo preso il risotto alla pescatora a cui do 10 e lode. Le pizze e le farinate sempre top.
Come sempre il personale è gentile e pratico.
Serata ottima e prezzi convenienti rispetto a Torino dove fanno strapagare alcuni piatti.
Complimenti come sempre!!!!!!
06/08/2023: Ambiente familiare. Molto gentili e premurosi verso il cliente. Sono stata con mio marito per assaggiare sia la pizza che ho trovato leggera e gustosa sia per mangiare pesce. Siamo stati bene, abbiamo mangiato pesce di ottima qualita'. Ritorneremo quest'inverno. Monica
