10/03/2024: Posto della tradizione domenicale fuori porta con amici del posto con aria fresca sopraffina. Tutto buono, tutto squisito e ben amalgamato. Sicuramente consigliato, senza nessuna riserva. Ambiente caldo e curato. Buoni e vari gli antipasti, non tantissimi ma un buon inizio, buoni i primi con i classici sapori murgiani con carni, funghi e tartufi. Buoni i tagli di carne, non particolari, anzi abbastanza ordinari, comunque ben cotti e preparati, con qualche buona spinta di sapori rustici, pollo arrosto, salsiccia e braciola bianca di capocollo. Nella norma dolci e frutta. Piero è un ottimo proprietario e interlocutore. Buon rapporto qualità presso. Consigliato

Starter about ten courses, 2 first courses (aubergine lasagna and fresh cavatelli with sausage, mushrooms and a bed of turnip tops), 1 second course (central courses of sausage, bombette, capocollo), fruit and dessert. Unlimited drinks. Cost 35 euros per person.
Upon request it is possible to receive an encore on any course. The owner and the staff are very helpful. Farmhouse where advertising is the dish. Everything excellent and cooked with passion. Go and meet Mr. Pierino and the delicacies cooked by his mother. ADVISED

19/08/2023: Pranzo di ferragosto, menù completo 50 euro. Antipasto ottimo, come del resto i primi. Non ho apprezzato molto il secondo, in quanto a mio avviso la carne risultava gommosa e le patate al forno asciutte. Il vino era invece eccezionale. Stessa cosa il personale, veramente educato ed accogliente come dovrebbero essere in ogni luogo. Personalmente avrei preferito come secondo un mix di carne alla brace, sarebbe stata una scelta anche più adeguata al prezzo finale. In ogni caso ci siamo trovati molto bene.

12/01/2024: I celebrated my son's 18th birthday, what can I say, everything was perfect down to the smallest detail, starting from the friendliness of the waiters to the excellent food! the DJ was phenomenal and so was the entertainer. special thanks to Elio, Nicoletta and Vito for making that day unforgettable!!!

01/04/2024: We booked this place for Easter Monday and they had anticipated that there would be a fixed menu.
Well, I understood that the menu was the same and it couldn't have been changed, certainly not that we would have had to forcefully have lunch all together at exactly the same time....
Experience NOT to be repeated ever again.
We arrived around 12.45, having a two and a half year old child we didn't want to be late. We had to wait for the room to fill up and for the waiters to start bringing the courses at the same time for everyone, i.e. the starter at 1.45pm.
We asked for a plastic cup for the child which never arrived, the cheese for the ears arrived when the ears were finished.
In short, a disaster, an interminable wait.
The food was good but the service cannot be described.

01/01/2024: Cenone del 31 dicembre ottimo. Un' esperienza davvero consigliata. Cibo ottimo,servizio impeccabile e organizzazione precisa,nonostante il pienone in un giorno di festa ci ha veramente sorpresi in positivo.
01/11/2023: Location incantevole, servizio eccellente. Menù superlativo, un perfetto connubio tra tradizione e cucina moderna/gourmet.
Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo considerando la giornata particolare (festività di Ognissanti).
Ci sono ritornata dopo tanti anni, ma non finirete mai di stupirmi.
Consiglio vivamente per eventi o momenti familiari intimi.

03/12/2023: A different Sunday...after a pleasant excursion perfectly organized by Murgia enjoy....we were pampered by Roberta at the Forno Calabria restaurant in Cassano...a beautiful dive into the past..a very particular restaurant.... almost only excellent food...all 0 km..... ...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.....
03/12/2023: I don't usually write reviews but unfortunately the most recent one appeared while they retrieved the address of the place because I also ordered the panzerotti, as I have been doing for some time when I meet up with friends here in Cassano from Bari, and I would like to say something in favor of the Lady Roberta, far too kind in her response to a comment that sounds RUDE and which I won't dwell on, but I would ask the person who wrote if she is capable and aware of what cooking is and the preparation of home-made and traditional cuisine, also subject to the ingredients, which are sometimes meteopathic and therefore unpleasant, like the doughs, lead to different results but certainly not as objectionable as defined. This is what makes certain cuisines unique and for enthusiasts, for the remaining snobs I recommend takeaways with pre-cooked foods and gourmet restaurants that satisfy the best brands. As far as I'm concerned, as always excellent and tasty, I recommend it to all lovers of true Italian and southern cuisine!

Abbiamo mangiato antipasti e primo.
Abbastanza buoni peccato chec10 personecsono state make dopo aver mangiato pesveccrudo di qualità scarsa probabilmente!
Consiglio di evitare di mangiare pesce crudo!

I camerieri sempre gentili, in particolare Samantha simpatica, alla mano e sempre pronta ad ascoltare i clienti. Cortesia, qualità del cibo e costi giusti. Oramai ci vado da un po’ per cui sono certo della recensione fatta.
10/09/2023: Posto immerso nel verde e cibo tutto sommato buono ma… la cameriera rossa e riccia rovina tutto. Antipatica, scortese e molto maleducata. Ad un certo punto sembrava quasi mi stesse dicendo ‘alzati e vai a prenderti tu il formaggio’
