03/10/2023: Pour la 7ème année consécutive, nous avons séjourné plus de deux semaines dans cet établissement en suivant des cures de thalassothérapie. Le changement de propriétaire n’a pas altéré notre satisfaction.
L’équipe du spa, sous la houlette de la toujours aussi chaleureuse Valentina, a été presqu’entièrement renouvelée: les nouvelles recrues réalisent d’excellents massages, notamment Noémie.
Zou supervise toujours avec la plus grande rigueur la qualité du service à La Veranda: mention spéciale à Simone pour ses attentions empressées.
Le soir. les spectacles de chansons et de danse étaient soignés. Bravo à Luna.
Il serait utile de demander aux chauffeurs de taxis et de cars d’éteindre la radio et d’arrêter leurs moteurs quand ils attendent leurs passagers afin de préserver l’environnement… et le sommeil des clients de l’hôtel Merci.
Rendez-vous l’année prochaine 🏝️

We managed to book a dinner
in this beautiful restaurant, what
not a given in August. The restaurant looks very good inside as well as outside, the staff is
absolutely kind and efficient,
the menu seems up to par,
as well as prices. We ordered 3 appetizers, 2 first courses, 1 second course and 3 desserts, a bottle of water and two glasses of wine
normal not high end...
while the appetizers were special, good and lived up to expectations, this was not the case for the first courses or the second courses and the desserts. The desserts with very complex and "important" names in the end were a panna cotta and a Crème brûlée, my first course, a fregola with seafood and vegetables, was totally tasteless, the worst I have ever eaten.
Paying almost 180 euros for this, I would expect quality to match both the venue and the price, nothing less is accepted.

Non è semplice trovarvi posto, occorre prenotare con parecchio anticipo. Si mangia molto bene e si esce soddisfatti dell'esperienza gustativa

12/11/2023: Typisch italienische Stimmung. Voller Gäste und nicht gerade leise, geschweige dezent. Das muss man mögen. Wir waren mehrmals hier und haben unter anderem ein leckeres Steak und eine große frisch zubereitete Dorade gegessen. Auch die Pizza war sehr lecker. Die Bedienung ist etwas rustikal aber freundlich. Pizza ist günstig, sonst eher leicht überteuert. Wir würden wiederkommen.
29/10/2023: Un posto stupendo dove la cortesia e la gentilezza la fa da padrona. Ottima cucina di mare con i veri sapori della mia terra alla faccia di altre esperienze che ho avuto in un altro luogo della Sardegna centrale che è stata veramente pessima.
Al santa Maria ho mangiato di tutto, antipasti di mare fenomenali, primi a base di pesce ottimi e pesce fresco cucinato in maniera splendida. Ottima selezione di vini bianchi e rossi che permettono di conoscere l'isola anche dal punto di vista enologico, ovviamente c'è una buona rassegna a che di vini nazionali. Che dire una tappa fissa dove il turista è trattato come è trattata la gente locale, in maniera splendida

31/10/2023: Very nice, smaller, cozy hotel. Very friendly staff. The room was very clean. The breakfast buffet was great. Location is also completely ok. The beach is about 1 km away and you can quickly get to the city on foot and have everything on site (shops, restaurants,...).
Thank you for the great stay. We can highly recommend the hotel.

26/10/2023: Magnifique jardin intérieur (bien caché). Service parfait. Rare restaurant où l’on peut boire un délicieux verre de vin (qui ne soit pas du vin de table et sans acheter la bouteille). La nourriture est délicieuse et les présentations soignées. Je recommande ce restaurant sans hésiter. (Prix pour 3 personnes: 1 menu enfant, 2 plats + une salade, 2 verres de vin, desserts et café: 90 euros.)

Merita diverse visite durante la stagione estiva.
08/10/2023: Piatti molto buoni, specialmente alcuni tagli di carne e sicuramente i culurgiones, che sono i migliori che ho mangiato in zona. Il servizio un po' lento, ma non esageratamente.

02/04/2024: Easter Monday 2024 with friends we organized a trip out of town
Booking at Sa tanka Villasimius. Not fresh food cooked very badly, waiting time between a mussel appetizer, we waited 2 hours and 30 minutes. For spaghetti with frozen lobster, very badly cooked, incompetent staff. Dirty glasses with fingerprints and bad smells. Cloth bread holder with a rancid smell.. I couldn't believe it was a shame, so I don't recommend it.
We asked for the bill of what we didn't eat. Disappointed.... I forgot about the mayonnaise that expired in February 2024, and we got it on April 1st 2024... You responded in a very rude way, the people who were in the room didn't laugh for us, but they were very annoyed by the treatment you gave, you are used to dealing with people passing by because they pass by once and then never come back, you don't deserve to be revisited, you have the answers ready for everyone, to justify the disgust who you are. You improvise as restaurateurs who are not such at all.
So I wanted to edit today 04/02/2024. so you don't think it was an April Fool's joke....
11/03/2024: Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana a Villasimius è scoperto il Sa Tanka dietro consiglio dell’albergatore, bel locale e personale preparato e disponibile.
Abbiamo sperimentato a 360 gradi la cucina sarda preparata in modo eccellente dallo staff.
Nonostante il nostro soggiorno non fosse durante la stagione estiva la disponibilità delle pietanze disponibili erano più che soddisfacente e abbiamo avuto anche alcune graditissime sorprese con specialità del posto.
Prezzi contenuti.
Super consigliato torneremo sicuramente.

13/10/2023: Gutes Essen, vor allem Fisch und Pizza. Der Fisch war teilweise etwas zu lange in der Pfanne, das war etwas schade.
Die Bedienung war schnell und auch sehr hilfsbereit, wir mussten an keinem Abend (waren mehrmals da) länger warten.
11/10/2023: Picked up takeaway pizzas from this place twice now. The thin crust is on point and tastes great. Even though the place was packed both times, they had our 3 pizzas ready in about 5 minutes. The staff was friendly and welcoming too. Solid spot for a quick pizza fix.
