Poi successivamente abbiamo ordinato una grigliata mista di carne il cui la stessa era molto tenera e gustosa. La consiglio vivamente per passare una serata informale con amici.

17/01/2024: Terribile! Ci sono stata per una cerimonia, un'esperienza pessima. Mal organizzato, attese lunghissime, i camerieri non li vedevi mai. Cibo scarso, proprio porzioni contatissime. C'era un allergico al pesce con un menu interamente di pesce e nonostante siano stati avvisati settimane prima non si sono presi la briga nemmeno di fare una pasta al pomodoro. Gli unici 4 pezzetti di maiale nel menù alle 17 di sera dopo insistenti richieste ancora non avevano finito di cucinare. Non avevano nemmeno degli stuzzicadenti e alla sera c'era un baretto che distribuiva cocktail e mi è stato servito un mojito senza ghiaccio allungato con acqua gasata... tutto totalmente campato in aria!

07/04/2024: We went to the place around half past ten, which luckily was still operational. I ordered a dish consisting of hamburger and chips. Upon my request to grill the hamburger again, which in my opinion was undercooked, I was kindly told that there was no problem, and then returned after about ten minutes with a larger plate with more chips and the hamburger as before (complete with ketchup well positioned on top as I had placed it before requesting a second cooking). I had dinner only with the chips leaving the hamburger on the plate.

20/03/2024: Very nice restaurant with extremely friendly staff. All the dishes were delicious and made on the spot with extreme care. Highly recommended if you want to have an alternative dinner/lunch, with good, homemade dishes. We left full and happy!

16/03/2024: L'Antica Hostaria di Sassari è un ristorante che offre un'esperienza culinaria unica, all'insegna della tradizione e del gusto autentico. Situato nel centro storico della città, il locale si presenta con un'atmosfera accogliente e rustica, che rimanda alle antiche osterie sarde. Lo chef Sabino ha veramente un ottimo approccio con i piatti tradizionali siciliani e sardi. Il menù infatti è ricco di piatti tipici della cucina siciliana, preparati con ingredienti freschi e di stagione. Le pietanze sono semplici ma curate nei dettagli, e rispecchiano la genuinità della cucina casalinga. La pasta alla norma è molto buona e anche la tempura di verdure. La carta dei vini è ben fornita, con etichette sarde e nazionali di ottima qualità. La signora che ci serve è molto simpatica e gentile, ci ha consigliati al meglio. I prezzi sono onesti e accessibili, soprattutto considerando la qualità del cibo e del servizio.

Anche la pizza impasto davvero molto gustoso con gusti diversi. Per quanto riguarda il servizio è stato discreto in quanto un primo cameriere non era molto informato come ad esempio il. Pescato del giorno oppure opzioni gluten free. Ogni volta che ponevamo una domanda alla quale non sapeva rispondere andava chiedere info. Ecco io proporrei più formazione del personale anche se partime. Prima dell inizio del servizio il personale di sala dovrebbe essere a conoscenza dei piatti di come vengono preparati e delle mancanze.. Per quanto riguarda il prezzo un pò alto ma data la qualità del pesce potrei passarci su. Atmosfera del locale molto tranquilla. CONSIGLIATO SOPRATTUTTO PER CHI NON HA LIMITAZIONI ALIMENTARI Complessivamente a questo locale di un 7 pieno.
