24/03/2024: Simply excellent place, "family" managed but of the highest level.
Each dish is well prepared and of incredible quality, the staff is very kind, friendly and very attentive, the place is beautiful and the menu is not a bible but a mix of not too many choices all described in detail.
The portions, despite what one might expect given the name and importance of the chef, are fair, honestly we left happy, really good..

The dishes vary from traditional Tuscan dishes to special creations by the Chef. Truly unique and delicious, well presented and of quality.

01/04/2024: Excellent meat, also very good and homemade desserts. The only flaw is the low quality of the fruit and vegetables, otherwise everything would have been 5 stars.
24/03/2024: Good but not exceptional food, poor first courses and good meat. Really insufficient quantity for the price paid. I honestly don't recommend it, there is much better.
