07/04/2024: Endless wait to order and receive the dishes. Poor quality of dishes. Pasta with clams (actually almost all lupins without it being specified in the menu) terrible. Terrible house white wine. Absolutely to avoid.

02/03/2024: It was a coincidence that we stopped at the Pergola, with the sole expectation of filling our stomachs before setting off again. The three different first courses chosen were really good and the gray scamerite were delicious. A tribute to the very young waitress, who alone manages the entire service, and yet is capable of giving us moments of welcome which are the difference between those who do that job. She, alone, is enough to motivate a return to La Pergola

abbiamo ordinato 2 fiorentine, tenere gustosissime e cotte alla perfezione...
il locale e' spartano , ma accogliente, il personale e' gentilissimo, e la qualita' del cibo , ottima....il conto per le portate che abbiamo ordinato e' stato onestissimo...da ritornarci assolutamente.

22/10/2023: A few kilometers from my city, on the Livorno hills, is the Azienda Agricola Le Arcate.
The property has spectacular views of the thriving Tuscan vegetation, such as vineyards and olive groves.
The restaurant, well furnished and cared for in every small aspect and detail, offers specialties of Tuscan cuisine... cold cuts, locally produced cheeses, 0 km game.
On Sundays there is a fixed menu. I was able to taste a delicious appetizer with cold cuts, crostini with porcini mushrooms, tomato soup and a flan. As a first course... delicious pappardelle with hare ragout... while the second course was delicious salmied roe deer with roast potatoes. The homemade desserts are truly exquisite.

04/01/2024: A typical renovated Tuscan farmhouse is the location of this restaurant surrounded by greenery.
The first courses are of excellent quality, and the second course is excellent meat cooked on the grill in the large brazier in the room. The staff very kind and courteous.

20/01/2024: Oggi sabato 20 gennaio,festeggiato un trentesimo..eravamo in 16.
Menu composto da antipasto,bittico,secondo con contorni e dolce.
Partiamo a dire 3 bottiglie di vino in 16(della casa),il primo primo spaghetti al burro,invece di spaghetti gorgonzola noci e pere,secondo primo farro non definito il condimento,spezzatino così e così è contorni ok dai,dolce pessimo.
Totale 42 euro a persona perché abbiamo preso 8 bottiglie di vino in più...il fatto è che non mi lamento per le cose mangiate o per il prezzo,ma è la prima volta che mi capita di pagare con un arrotondamento del prezzo in più,veniva 41 euro e 50 a testa,abbiamo pagato 42 e neanche l amaro offerto..E IN PIU COME SEMPRE E RIPETO COME SEMPRE MANCAVA UNA PERSONA A PAGARE,ma avevamo 16 scontrini in mano.
Posto da evitare si mangia male e cercano di rubare una persona in più,sconsiglio a tutti
20/10/2023: Uno dei miei preferiti! Posto dall’atmosfera magica, soprattutto in estate, romantico, elegante ma anche semplice.
Menu fisso da scoprire ogni volta, tutto casereccio, semplice ma allo stesso tempo buonissimo. Piatti davvero favoloso nella loro semplicità. Prezzo onesto. Vini buoni. Personale gentile. Dog friendly!
