09/04/2024: Small and welcoming restaurant. The raw meat is excellent and the sea bass alla tegolo is delicious. Excellent quality of fish and nice wine list. The service was good even if they could aim to improve some details... I would change the plastic spoons in the sauces, the bread cut into cubes may seem recycled even if it isn't, and I would have appreciated knowing the weight of the fish when choosing it. But all in all it was a good experience and we will return. Average prices high but justified by the excellent quality.

Compliments to the chef because the food was really delicious. I recommend tasting their liqueurs at the end of the meal, they are special. The staff is very kind and friendly. Super location. 04/02/2024: Location in centro città, di fronte al parcheggio Moderno, locale intimo e accogliente con una trentina di coperti. È un osteria moderna e contemporanea con prodotti a menù tipici del Piemonte, dalla pasta fatta in casa (tajarin, plin) alla carne di fassona per non parlare dei vini. Ottima gestione del proprietario che su richiesta ti abbina e ti spiega il vino per accompagnare le pietanze. In particolare abbiamo preso i Tajarin con ragù di fassona, guancia di vitella brasata all’Arneis, dolce Burnet e vino Barbera d’Asti. Altri piatti presi ravioli burro e salvia, petto di anatra e tagliata di fassona. In quattro abbiamo speso 37€ a testa. Possibilità di acquistare i loro vini. Da tornare se ricapita. 10/02/2024: Sono stato a pranzo in pausa lavoro infrasettimanale da solo, ma con la piacevole chiacchierata col cuoco. Ambiente familiare e accogliente. Come cucina ho mangiato una grigliata di pesce, porzione buona pesce fresco e cucinato bene. Molto buona anche la ratatuia di verdure. Prezzo giusto per qualità e porzione. Ci tornerò
