24/02/2024: Locale caratteristico in pieno centro storico . Cibo toscano di qualità , buone le verdure in tempura , i salumi , il cinghiale . Ho assaggiato anche gnocchetti con zafferano e olive tritate , molto delicato come gusto . Nell’insieme tutto bene , ci tornerei !

17/03/2024: An experience never to be repeated again. I ordered a takeaway pizza. The mozzarella had been going bad for a while and was dripping from the box. The pizza was inedible! He was too sour not to realize that they simply don't meet their expiration dates. Eating a very salty lemon would have been a more pleasant experience than taking a bite of that pizza, and let's not even talk about the semi-raw dough. If you're looking for a reason not to go to work, this restaurant is the fastest ticket to the nearest hospital

01/04/2024: The structure is characteristic, very convenient for walking around Volterra. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was a bit chaotic (there weren't enough tables for everyone and some things were finished) but the lounge was really beautiful, like a historic building. The room has only one French window so either you are in the dark or they see you inside as it is on the ground floor.

26/03/2024: Beautiful facility and friendly service. The bathroom to forget. Shower with curtain and toilet. Spacious bed, nice but insufficient wardrobe.

28/04/2024: Discourtesy at the highest levels. First question: is it possible to have a cutting board? Answer: Go outside and read the prices. Second question: is it possible to add vegetables? Answer: it doesn't say restaurant. Stay away from this tourist trap, pecorino cheese is sold everywhere, cutting boards cost less than 15 euros on every street corner. The excellence of this place is only the rudeness.

27/04/2024: Shop through and through. upon entering you can breathe in the cheese (of various types, shapes and colours) and you are catapulted into Tuscan authenticity. the back shop used for the consumption of products they sell. few tables, do-it-yourself reigns. we get ready and clear away. then once you have read the menu at the entrance you order at the shop counter. Mixed platter of cured meats and cheeses for a more than generous person. shoulder sandwich with dried tomatoes and delicious cheese. pici with truffle and cheese nothing special. I would remove the first courses so as not to lower the level of the platters and sandwiches. ideal for a hit and run while visiting the city. highly recommended

26/10/2023: Sehr zentral gelegen. Für alles geeignet, ob Kaffee oder Mittagessen oder Abendbrot. Man kann auch Kleinigkeiten kaufen. Sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Freundliche Bedienung

09/03/2024: I love this place! Spacious Café with lots of little snacks and great cappuccinos. There is a whole big downstairs game room. And as a sidenote, I tripped over my own feet and spilled an entire cappuccino. My mug shattered. My croissant went flying. I was so embarrassed, but the manager was so nice about it, and deflected three or four offers from me to help clean up. They brought me a brand new croissant, and cappuccino. Will definitely be back!!

26/01/2024: Bar located in the center of Volterra, characteristic environment with large vaults and stone steps, internally not small but not very large, externally it has tables with chairs along the wall, the staff is friendly, fast, professional and friendly, the hot chocolate is excellent I drank and the same can be said for the focaccia with mortadella that my companion had warmed up. It opens at 7.30am and closes at approximately 1.30am. I find the idea of ​​an anomalous time for a town to be excellent. Especially to bring people into the center even at night. After all, Volterra is beautiful at all hours and weather conditions. It is not possible to enter the medieval gate by car, but immediately in front there is a half-paid, half-not parking, so with a few steps uphill you reach the place. I advise. If I'm in the area again I will definitely go there.
