06/04/2024: Not a simple dinner at a restaurant but a real experience! The place is very beautiful and original, with a suggestive atmosphere. Impeccable service and refined dishes. I recommend it, a restaurant you absolutely must try!
24/03/2024: We have gone several times over the years and the atmosphere is always suggestive, a very romantic place, as far as the cuisine is concerned obviously you have to like the refined dishes with particular but good and fresh raw materials. There is both a tasting and à la carte menu. Furthermore, the super professional and talented owner Sara together with her family (chef-staff) have been passionate about attention to detail for years. Recommended for a romantic dinner 👍🏼

22/03/2024: What a good address, this restaurant lives up to its name. Classic and colorful decor.
Beautiful menu full of interesting ideas that caught the attention of Michelin. Local recipes with regional products marked with logos.
Black truffle season.
Wine list with standards, wide choice of vintages from the valley.
Cordial and feminine service.
The gluten-free ones are very, very well treated.

07/03/2024: We came to this restaurant for dinner with friends. Nice restaurant, menu is pretty standard, nothing special. The restaurant had 5 Michelin stars. I liked my dishes, but my friends were disappointed with their order. Our table was near the fireplace, one of the coziest places in the restaurant. I was satisfied with dinner.

30/03/2024: Il ristorante non è più in questo locale. Allo stesso indirizzo, numero di telefono e più o meno con lo stesso nome c'è una gestione più semplice che fa taglieri di affettati e formaggi. Non mi esprimo relativamente alla gestione attuale, il giudizio negativo è dovuto al fatto che... Non c'è più il ristorante!

03/03/2024: A pleasant surprise, super kind, polite, friendly and helpful owners. When every detail is taken care of and positive, there is no need to even explain it. We had a great time, from the stay, breakfast and dinner (really excellent restaurant too). We will be back, highly recommended!

The hotel is in an excellent position, both for its proximity to the center and to the casino, for those interested.
The rooms are large and quiet, comfortable bed, everything very clean.
The owners are very kind!!! Our little girl was super pampered.
An excellent hotel where you can relax in peace.

30/03/2024: Fairly good food, but above average prices! A little cold environment, I preferred the previous management... a little more chaotic but certainly warmer and more characteristic.
29/02/2024: Excellent restaurant in the heart of Saint Vincent. We ate typical, high quality dishes... from lardo with chestnuts to moccetta, passing through a fantastic and superb concia polenta. Friendly and polite staff. Average price for the quality offered.

A la Table du Sommelier

17/03/2024: Extremely slow, we arrived 30 minutes late (we tried to call to let them know, but the lady said that after a while she no longer answers the phone). We sat down, he set the table 1 piece at a time (and this had already made us think), we waited 15 minutes to get the menus. Then we start looking around, 7 tables with people and at 10pm they still hadn't eaten. The lady next to our table told us: be patient, we are here at 8.30pm and we still have to eat. So we decide to go, I ask to pay for the water, I am told to wait (even to pay!) and after another 5 minutes we pay and go. Absolutely to be avoided, it's obviously not their job or maybe they were short of staff?
16/03/2024: Sylvie, The Sommelier and Hotel Owner was really welcoming to us. We had flown into Malpensa and St Vincent was the perfect stopover en route to Cervinia.
Sadly we did not get to dine at the Restaurant, which is tucked in behind the hotel, however Sylvie who was recovering from illness still managed to rustle us up a bottle of local wine and a cheese platter with bread.
Room comfortable and town really quiet once the church bell stopped chiming at 10p!
In the morning Sylvie prepared us a full breakfast and shared some information about the valley and what to visit in future. Look forward to our next trip when hopefully Sylvie’s staff will all be feeling better and we can dine a la table du Sommelier!

11/09/2023: Nothing compared to the previous management. You don't improvise as restaurateurs. Even the prices are too high. Deckchairs and umbrellas for a fee.
10/09/2023: Gita con amici. Passati a prenotare prima di pranzo e tornati alle 12,30, accolti da un signore tra l'arrabbiato e l' infastidito. Accomodati all'esterno ed ordinato 3 insalate, una tagliatella (definita al ragù e funghi, questi ultimi inesistenti), una polenta semplice ed una con salsiccia. Le insalate presentavano alcune foglie marce, la salsiccia navigava in una brodaglia dal sapore di pomodoro, la polenta semplice nella norma. Ordinato il dolce che non è mai arrivato. Il locale risulterebbe chiuso, ma non lo è. Salvo cambio di gestione, è assolutamente da evitare.
