25/03/2024: I come sometimes to eat at the Lenci Pizzeria Restaurant. The waiters are kind and honest. the Barman is always the TOP. We ordered two pizzas, one with sausages and one with tuna and onion and they were very good. In the distance I heard Buon Appetito being said at a table and never said it again. (In the role of a Barman or a waiter it is very important to always say have a good lunch or dinner as written in the rules) at the end of the meal we saw that there was no one at the cash register but the Barman arrived and made us paying was a bit inappropriate on the customer's jacket. We will always return as friendly to the Pizzeria Restaurant

24/02/2024: The temperature of the room tends to be low and this makes the environment less welcoming. It doesn't help to wash your hands in the bathroom with ice water. The pizza has quality ingredients. I don't agree with the excessive chopping of the ingredients, specifically mushrooms and sausage. The pasta is anonymous in taste.

02/04/2024: SUITABLE FOR COUPLES. Excellent service, very helpful and courteous waiters, despite it being a particularly busy day (August 15th). Clean and spacious rooms. We took the room with a balcony with a panoramic view of Monte Baldo and Lake Garda. External natural park exclusively for guests' use, with large covered and uncovered terrace. Private parking and very fast free wi-fi. We asked for two deckchairs and sunbathed. In the evening we had dinner at the restaurant. Another lovely discovery: simple but abundant dishes, local products, excellent food and fast, impeccable service. The rich and varied breakfast, delicious cakes from Mrs. Elisa. Very honest price. Superb value for money. Advised.

20/02/2024: Negative experience as far as I'm concerned. Table for 11 adults and children with a 6 month old baby, 12pm shift and first arrival in the room. For the 6-month-old baby who is fully weaned, we ask if they can cook a pasta dish for 4 minutes as he has done the walk from the car park (which is only an hour's drive from home) plus the 40 minute walk with the children in tow. , there was no way it would stay warm. The waitress tells us it's fine, but when she brings it to us she says, "next time you'll cook it at home". Given that I don't know what trouble boiling water for 4 minutes might have caused, I didn't like the tone used, but I don't think it's appropriate to treat customers like that. I would have preferred a no right away rather than throwing it back later. It presents itself as a family environment, but from the way they behaved I don't think they will see me again.
