18/12/2023: Una vera esperienza gastronomica. Una scelta accurata, ragionata e equilibrata su ogni ricetta e scelta di mise en place. C'é cultura da C'esco. Si nota sia nelle scelte estetiche minimali che soprattutto nel menù, rinnovato periodicamente, mai noioso e con la guida saggia di Francesco, patron, chef e anche Sommelier che sa consigliare e convincere con efficace educazione l'abbinamento sempre migliore tra tutte le tipologie di vini, con particolare predilezione per il Salento sua terra natia. Piatti al gusto deliziosi, creativi e coraggiosi, cotti sempre al punto giusto. Dai cappellacci al brasato, ai contorni e il dolce. Tutto fatto a mano, ingredienti freschi, cucina a vista - atto di grande coraggio - sempre pulita, come anche le superfici e soprattutto i bagni. Servizio estremamente discreto e ma pronto ad ogni esigenza. Sembra un orologio svizzero, ma con un cuore e un'anima gentile tipicamente italiana. Il conto è onesto e si ha la sensazione di aver pagato il giusto a fine pasto. Il locale non è grande, offre una certa intimità, seppure una trentina di coperti li riesce a accogliere. La tipologia di clientela conferma quanto scritto e premia la bravura di tutto il team di C'esco. Da tornare per ogni occasione.

It is noticeable both in the minimal aesthetic choices and above all in the menu, renewed periodically, never boring and with the wise guidance of Francesco, owner, chef and also Sommelier who knows how to advise and convince with effective education the increasingly better pairing between all types of wines , with a particular predilection for his native Salento. Delicious, creative and courageous tasting dishes, always cooked to perfection. From cappellacci to braised meat, to side dishes and dessert. Everything handmade, fresh ingredients, open kitchen - an act of great courage - always clean, as are the surfaces and especially the bathrooms. Extremely discreet service and ready for every need. It looks like a Swiss watch, but with a typically Italian kind heart and soul. The bill is honest and you have the feeling of having paid rightly at the end of the meal. The place is not large, it offers a certain intimacy, although it can accommodate about thirty seats. The type of customers confirms what has been written and rewards the skill of the entire C'esco team. To return for every occasion.

13/03/2024: Excellent! We chose this restaurant for its menu, particular but not too much. it is located a few km from Tivoli center, easy to reach and with parking. Very nice location with attention to detail, not too large (40 tables). The extraordinary, attentive but informal service that makes you feel at home. We opted for the à la carte meat menu. I have to say one of the best restaurants where I have eaten in recent years. The scottona tartare is a delicacy like the homemade pasta and the goose fillet. Homemade bread with super oil! The desserts are also delicious but the sweet encounter is a delicacy. Highly recommended!!! Keep it up. See you soon!

07/04/2024: Amazing paninis for a good price. Friendly staff and a good vibe inside. If you want to grab a sandwich after a visit to the Coliseum, this is the place to go.

06/04/2024: The opinions must be false... the pizza is thick, greasy, like from frozen food. Homemade pasta but terrible tomato sauce. Lettuce is a few scattered leaves, tomatoes and salmon, all unseasoned, served with olive oil in a sachet... a drama, it's a waste of food

30/03/2024: It was an unforgettable dinner. Nice and informal restaurant. Dishes that, with the chef's touch, go from classic to revisited. The owner recommends excellent wines and is very nice. The gem of the restaurant is the dog Bell who welcomes you and says goodbye when you leave! recommended, I will definitely return

10/03/2024: Siamo stati ieri sera per la prima volta in questo locale. Locale accogliente, paella ottima, e titolare molto accogliente, appena siamo entrati è venuto a stringerci la mano. Visto che era la prima volta, ad ogni piatto ci ha raccontato la storia del piatto e degli ingredienti utilizzati. È stato molto piacevole, appena entrati, sentire il profumo del cibo che avvolge tutto il locale. Torneremo presto.

05/03/2024: I fully agree with all the positive reviews such as the environment, the food, the friendliness and hospitality of the owner and the more than honest price. This time I got the mixed paella. The next time only fish. Very convenient is the fact that as soon as you arrive, with the place full, they bring you the excellent appetizer and within a short time the paella requested at the time of booking. It ends with the creme brulee without having to order. Highly recommended.

04/04/2024: Rating put by my Chinese wife, but considering that this is the quality of food from Rome and not from France. The prices are very reasonable, she highlights the quality of the Jiamo bread which is really top notch, very difficult to find like that elsewhere. The welcome is great! (Personally I didn't really like the Jiamo because it's very strong in star anise and I don't really like that, but the chicken noodles were very tasty.)

04/02/2024: Hidden gem, Im gutted as it seems it will be closed on our next visit but hope it will open in the future. On our last holiday weve visited twice which simply doesnt happen in Rome since theres so many high quality restaurants. Its so authentic, very rarely will you find a place that feels like youre allowed into somebodys home. Bravo
