29/03/2024: We went with some university colleagues (about 30) to this restaurant, even arriving 45 minutes late, and we encountered incredible friendliness and a familiarity that certainly warmed our hearts and certainly made us start our journey in the best possible way. visit to Lazio. We were welcomed by an avalanche of exquisite appetizers that never ended (which I say in the most positive sense possible), unlimited wine and abundant portions of the three iconic first courses of Lazio cuisine: Cacio e Pepe, Carbonara and Amatriciana. I must say that the carbonare was quite mediocre, unfortunately, but the amatriciana and cacio e pepe were fabulous. The desserts aren't bad either. Given how, how much and what we ate, the price (30 euros per person, POS or cash) is absolutely adequate. A truly beautiful evening, and especially for us who come from Genoa, the warmth with which we were welcomed and served despite our great delay had a truly pleasant effect on us. Congratulations again and we will definitely look forward to returning.

Abbiamo festeggiato il battesimo di nostra figlia Emma in questo splendido posto il 24 settembre .. tutto meraviglioso e perfetto, dal cibo che non ci ha deluso su nulla, all’allestimento, alla torta.. insomma tutto meraviglioso e una cucina sublime, semplice ma con materie prime a km0 di altissima qualità. Un ringraziamento a parte vorrei farlo ad Eleonora, che con la sua pazienza e professionalità è stata magnifica nell’accontentarci in qualsiasi nostra richiesta. Grazie per aver reso perfetto questo giorno per noi speciale!

06/04/2024: Splendid little village that has become a trattoria and pizzeria. You can count on the variety of products offered: pasta (typical Roman cuisine), pizza (the margherita is excellent but so are all the others, the grilled meat is exceptional (the sliced ​​meat with balsamic vinegar is memorable, but the kebabs also respect that tradition of simplicity and typical flavor of fraschette). The staff is fast in service, very helpful and always smiling. The place is the most typical, characteristic, simple and fascinating. And it is also quite large, unlike what one would expect from the outside where the small entrance suggests a small refreshment point.

01/04/2024: Negative experience. We took the Easter menu, unfortunately the appetizer dish was certainly prepared much earlier, soft and warm cheeses, half a dry egg. The first course was decent sausage and artichoke lasagne and sausage and truffle tagliolini. The second mixed roast dish arrived: 1 commercial chicken and sausage skewer, with 1 sausage and 2 lukewarm kebabs. The potatoes as a side dish were sour, we pointed this out, took the dish away and the answer we were given was that it was impossible because everyone had eaten them. The menu they offered was of poor quality. We were disappointed because they didn't even bother to apologize or make amends. I don't recommend it to anyone
