03/03/2024: Pranzo domenicale con mia madre. Decidiamo di provare questo ristorante dopo aver letto le recensioni sommariamente positive.Ci sediamo alle 13:30 abbiamo iniziato a mangiare alle 15:10. Le portate erano buone , I prezzi soprattutto per i secondi di carne sono alti rispetto all'entità del piatto proposto. Il servizio e' pessimo a dir poco. Il personale di sala e' scordinato e disorganizzato. In sala molti clienti, inclusi noi, innervositi, si sono lamentati dell'eccessiva attesa. Se ci fosse la possibilità di dare 0 stelle lo farei. Una certezza: non ci tornerò mai più e lo sconsiglierò.

15/02/2024: C'è una scena in "Io e Annie" di Woody Allen che mi torna in mente ogni volta che penso a cosa significhi veramente l'amore. È quella battuta sull'irrazionalità dei rapporti, su come siamo disposti a sopportare le pazzie altrui per quel qualcosa di indispensabile che ci offrono, come le uova nella famosa barzelletta: "Quella dove uno va dallo psichiatra e dice: 'Dottore mio fratello è pazzo, crede di essere una gallina', e il dottore gli dice: 'perché non lo interna?', e quello risponde: 'e poi a me le uova chi me le fa?'. Be', credo che corrisponda molto a quello che penso io dei rapporti uomo-donna. E cioè che sono assolutamente irrazionali, ehm... e pazzi. E assurdi, e... Ma credo che continuino perché la maggior parte di noi ha bisogno di uova. Questo pensiero ci ha accompagnato nella serata di San Valentino al pub di Sara, un luogo che è diventato il palcoscenico di una delle esperienze più dolcemente "imperfette" che abbiamo mai vissuto. Sara ha creato un locale che è un'opera d'arte: una fusione di rock, tocchi cyberpunk, e reminiscenze vittoriane, un luogo dove la qualità non è solo un dettaglio, ma l'essenza stessa dell'esperienza. Si sente in ogni boccone, in ogni nota che fluttua nell'aria. E proprio per San Valentino, avevamo sentito parlare di un dolce speciale, un finale in grande stile per una serata già promettente. Ma, come spesso accade nelle migliori storie d'amore, c'è stato un colpo di scena. Sara, con quell'onestà disarmante che la rende unica, ci ha confessato che il dolce non era venuto come sperava. Il soufflé che avrebbe dovuto coronare l'opera con la sua forma sferica perfetta era, invece, collassato. Questo collasso, insieme all'interazione con la gelatina, aveva alterato la croccantezza della base di cialda, vanificando il contrasto tra morbidezza e croccantezza che Sara aveva originariamente immaginato. Eppure, quando abbiamo assaggiato quel dolce, ogni dubbio si è dissolto. Era, senza esagerare, sublime. In quel momento, abbiamo capito che Sara ci aveva involontariamente regalato la metafora più dolce dell'amore: non sempre tutto va secondo i piani, le relazioni non sono fatte solo di momenti perfetti, ma è proprio questa imperfezione a renderle speciali Il dolce di San Valentino di Sara non era semplicemente un dessert; era un ricordo che porteremo sempre con noi. Era la dimostrazione che, anche quando le cose non vanno come previsto, possono comunque superare le nostre aspettative. L'amore, proprio come il dolce di quella serata, non ha bisogno di essere perfetto per essere incredibile. Ha solo bisogno di essere vero, di essere vissuto con tutto il cuore, anche attraverso le imperfezioni che, in fondo, lo rendono unico. Grazie Sara da Alessandro e Roberta

I haven't paid the bill yet because I'm still sitting but whatever the amount, they will be blessed because we had a wonderful time.. I recommend everyone to taste their dishes.... 💯😏 P. 01/04/2024: Easter Monday lunch: We went to this restaurant for a family lunch on Easter Monday. I wouldn't know where to start! Mrs. Isa made everyone feel at home: her sweetness and empathy allowed us to eat not only quality food but also with great hospitality and harmony. The food was excellent, unfortunately we cannot add more stars than these. Perfect service, nothing was wrong. Super recommended from all points of view! We will return

07/04/2024: Delicious ice cream, classic and particular flavors such as witch's ricotta. Too bad it's a little out of the way, but it's definitely worth visiting this ice cream shop.

24/03/2024: Excellent homemade ice cream, already had several times. The consistency is really different than many other ice creams, especially fruit flavours. I'm a fan of apple and cinnamon sorbet, today I tried butter and cherries and the flavor of the day (waffle, cinnamon, salted caramel, vanillas). All very good! For those who criticize the prices: they are well displayed, if you want ice cream that melts in two seconds, very sweet and full of unidentified pieces of stuff, the world is full of them.

24/03/2024: Truly crazy ice cream, honorable mention for the butter and cherry ice cream, creamy, balanced and perfect. From Fiumicino I swear I would return just for that.

14/03/2024: Non posso che fornire una recensione positivissima: la qualità del cibo è ottima, sia per la materia prima che per la cucina. Le porzioni sono abbondanti, e il personale è gentilissimo, sempre col sorriso, e pronto ad aiutare il cliente per ogni necessità. Bravissimi!

05/03/2024: il primo giudizio per me è riservato alla toilette. Ho visitato bar di lusso al centro "pessimi" qua' e pulitissimo. Caffè ottimo personale sorridente e gentile. E da quando è aperto punto di ritrovo per un caffè dei ciclisti. Una ragione in più per visitarlo, da tutti i bike romani.

06/04/2024: The food was too salty, owner didn't speak any English what so ever. 😀 work on learning Italian. Table wasn't cleaned after the previous guests. He brought the glass that wasn't washed, had so many stains on ot. Price wasn't right for the quality and the size of the food either the service. My total for 1 person was 24 Euros and I didn't enjoy it 😞
