07/04/2024: Excellent food, service in line with the situation, external environment to be looked after better. Overall I would happily stay here again. The bill won't be a problem.

25/03/2024: Sono di Salerno e apprezzo molto la cucina tipica laziale e devo dire che non ho mai mangiato così bene in una trattoria romana o laziale. Indimenticabili fettuccine all'uovo homemade, con cui preparano fantastiche amatriciana, carbonara etc. che mi indurranno a partire da Salerno con l'unico scopo di rigustarle. Eccezionali anche i polli ruspanti, introvabili altrove, e i dolci della casa. Consigliatissimo!!!

17/04/2024: Un ristorantone che farebbe pensare ad un servizio e ad una cucina "di massa" ma non è affatto così. L'ambiente innanzi tutto è molto curato, tranquillo e luminoso; ci sono anche tavoli all'aperto. Il servizio è sollecito e gentile, la cucina spazia dalla terra al mare con piatti validi e ben eseguiti. Noi abbiamo optato per il pesce, le porzioni erano ben calibrate e gustose. I prezzi sono in linea con la cura dell'insieme e con la freschezza della materia prima. Un indirizzo valido!

01/05/2024: ...collecting the Facebook invitation for the opening at 05.30, I climbed up from the beach below Onassis to have breakfast ++ here! I don't know the place I went to trust Facebook! I found a welcome with a smile that woke me up from the torpor of the night spent camping. A scary pastry shop, a luxury clean place, and seasoned with the smiles of the people Gentleman at the counter. A cream babba' is thrilling, and the shortcrust pastry is scary. I couldn't uncover the rest, obviously Dietetic discipline. I will always pass by, as soon as possible, living 160 km from the Giusti bar point. But it's one down from there right starting point for any tour in the area. Have a nice day everyone. BEAUTIFUL AND UGLY!

27/01/2024: We had lunch in this restaurant choosing two set menus at 22 euros per person. Menu that includes a first course, a second course, a side dish, water, wine and coffee. Excellent dishes, with a homemade flavor and abundant. Fast service. The only negative note is that the place is a bit old, with tables too close together.

17/04/2024: Very tasty food. Excellent bruschetta and the steak au poivre vert was requisite. We took a half bottle of a local Lazio wine which was a good complement with our lunch. We shall definitely return

14/05/2024: The largest pizza I've eaten, yet you can finish it because of how good it is! Pleasant environment and good beers. If you are in Caprarola you must definitely stop by and taste a pizza at Gallozzi's! 🔝🔝🔝

28/04/2024: A huge pizza with first choice ingredients, digestible and extremely tasty. The pizzeria chooses not to let customers waste time chatting and directly offer the pizza as a single dish, rather than adding appetizers that would fill them up without being able to fully enjoy the experience. We come back every time we pass through Caprarola. Booking recommended. On the busiest days they open in two shifts, the first at 7.30pm.

27/05/2024: In the beautiful medieval setting of Carbognano there is a small treasure chest full of gastronomic jewels that revisit and enhance the local cuisine. The starters were excellent (the crostone with creamed cod was harmonious, full-bodied and tasty), the first courses (carbognana above all). The second courses recall the wonderful aromas of Sunday lunches at grandmother's, in particular the rabbit hunter style. The environment is full of charm and characterized by a harmonious chaos, which leaves the impression of floating in time. The service is a very pleasant accompaniment on this fascinating journey, which is not limited only to the palate but also involves the mind. It is worth going to Carbognano even for this alone.
