29/02/2024: Veniamo spesso in visita a questo straordinario ristorante, dove incontriamo il nostro amico Mario e ci immergiamo in un'esperienza culinaria senza pari, in un'atmosfera calorosa e accogliente, serviti da un personale di sala attento e premuroso. Dal ricco menu abbiamo scelto il risotto con funghi, tabacco e datteri, oltre al cappellaccio di galletto alla brace. Come secondo piatto, la nostra scelta è caduta sulla suprema di faraona con caramello salato, bacon e il succulento medaglione di stinco di vitello. Il tutto è stato accompagnato da un grandissimo vino, scelto dalla vasta e impeccabile carta dei vini, vera e propria eccellenza e punto di riferimento per gli appassionati del mondo enologico. Ogni piatto ha rispecchiato l'altissimo standard culinario a cui siamo abituati, con preparazioni e sapori che non hanno nulla da invidiare alle migliori stelle Michelin; il servizio è stato sempre impeccabile e cortese, regalandoci un'esperienza caratterizzata da familiarità e raffinatezza. Per concludere, abbiamo optato per una selezione di tre cioccolati come dessert, accompagnati da un introvabile caffè brasiliano. Che dire?! È impossibile non lasciarsi trasportare dall'entusiasmo al Marchese del Grillo! L'unico aspetto negativo è che, una volta usciti, si avverte subito il desiderio di tornare! Ma non tarderemo a soddisfare questa necessità! Bravi tutti, come sempre!

07/04/2024: really quiet place, but it served as a place to sleep for just one night and I must say that I was really very satisfied with cleanliness, service and price. some little things to fix but since it's early April that's fine. If I happen to be in the area I will definitely return and I hope to stay for dinner which from what I've seen is truly worth it!

03/04/2024: I rate the spa, since I only visited the one for a two-hour daily admission. You access the spa by taking the lift and find yourself immersed in a relaxing environment thanks to the scent of essential oils and relaxing music in the background. In fact, the lift opens onto the corridor at the end of which is the spa and along the sides are the various changing rooms divided by gender. Very neat and clean changing rooms, a really good impression. The spa was also clean, small but functional. Nice bright place with windows and French windows overlooking the outdoor pool and garden. The spa features two hot tubs with various jets and two cervical waterfalls. Then there is a Finnish sauna and a Turkish bath with aromatherapy. You can refresh yourself with a cold shower or an ice waterfall, then there are the emotional showers, each with different jets and colours, I would have appreciated it more if they had also had different aromas. Finally, the relaxation room equipped with sunbeds and herbal teas. Only negative note: too hot! It was really hot, we had to open the windows, perhaps also due to the underfloor heating (nice to feel the heat under your feet but it really gets too hot)
