21/10/2023: How nice it is to return to the Chiaia beach in Forio in September and eat with gusto for both lunch and dinner with a breathtaking view. I have been coming here for so many years to chat with those who work there and manage this restaurant as if we had been friends forever. Lunch is the ideal break, to stay under the umbrellas sheltered from the sun, but overlooking the beach. Rich, vegetable salads, with tuna or seafood, spaghetti alla pescatora, mussel soup or soutè are our favorite choices, as is a delicious parmiggiana or mixed fried food. In the evening, if you don't arrive late, you can enjoy a wonderful sunset over the sea, or enjoy the lights of Forio and the sound of the sea. In short, a certainty that makes me enjoy my holidays to the fullest, the first restaurant we visit as soon as we arrive and the last when we say goodbye to Forio d'Ischia.

23/03/2024: If you find yourself in Ischia, the south-west area of ​​the island near Panza, I suggest a visit to the bay of Sorgeto and then a stop in this restaurant. I have known it for at least 20 years, over time it has managed to maintain an excellent quality/cost ratio, so much so that it has become an obligatory stop for me every time I visit the island. Prices around €20/25 per person for a first course, a second course, dessert, water, wine and coffee, and very generous and high quality portions! Notice the difference in size between the serving tray (it was a portion for two people, it's not clear but the tray was also deep) and the plate. All with a breathtaking panoramic view of the S.Angelo promontory (included in the price 😎). The guys on the staff are friendly and very kind, Mrs. Gisella is a marvel!

16/03/2024: Ogni volta che vado a Ischia non puó mancare un pranzo in qst ristorante tipico Ischitano, con un panorama da togliere il fiato. Le pietanze sono tutte freschissime e cucinate come la tradizione vuole, ogni volta assaggio una cosa diversa, ma la pirofila di bucatini con il sugo e il coniglio alla Ischitana non puó mancare…100% TOP!!!

02/04/2024: Accoglienza fuori dalcomune da parte di tutto lo staff e dai proprietari. Abbiamo sepre mangiato alla grande, sia per le pizze gustose, varie ed originali sia per gli altri piatti tipici della cucina napoletana. Coniglio all'ischitana da allevamenti paesani e cotto alla perfezione. Grazie ad Angelo per la sua cordialità e simpatia ed anche a Leo ed ai suoi genitori che ci mettono sempre a nostro agio ogni volta che siamo loro ospiti. Ci rivediam oa Settembre 2024 per una nuova visita e per gustare altre voste delizie. Corrado e Roberta Alotti

18/09/2023: Dopo una piacevolissima camminata verso il ristorante, costeggiando un panorama mozzafiato, siamo stati accolti con estrema cordialità e professionalità. Un pranzo basato su prodotti realmente a Km zero tutto coltivato e prodotto in loco. Antipasto servito con cura, dove ogni singolo ingrediente è davvero pregevole e di una qualità assoluta. Un coniglio alla Ischitana che credo ricorderemo a lungo, sperando di tornare quanto prima. Possibilità anche di visitare la zona dove vi sono tanti animali, ideale per bambini e non solo. STRACONSIGLIATO

27/08/2023: Siamo stati in questo agriturismo totalmente rapiti dalle recensioni positive e dalle fotografie del luogo. In effetti la stradina che conduce all’ingresso e’ molto suggestiva così come il panorama mozzafiato che si ammira dalla terrazza. Abbiamo preso l’antipasto del contadino composto da più assaggi. In effetti come consigliato dalla proletaria era abbondante e sufficiente per due persone. Abbiamo trovato alcuni assaggi molto buoni ed altri nella media. Delusi dal vino proposto dalla proprietaria fatto da loro. Non ci aspettavamo che un vino della casa, non di nostro gusto peraltro, servito in bottiglia costasse addirittura 18 euro. Non lo prenderei di nuovo.
